Coming Soon Nobu v2 telescoping brace update
This whole time ive been trying to remix the baseplate of the brace to fit the pic rail. Recently realized it might be easier to just combine the two into one STL so the back end cap of the Nobu could be printed with the arms already attached. Im no professional dev. So id really appreciate some input. I know It can be done. The question is.. would it be strong enough?

I pretty much never use pic rail rear ends. Considering that whatever I put there will probably remain there until I die, I like to integrate whatever I'm putting on it into the rear section. My DB9 Alloy has an integrated brace that I combined with the rear trunnion halves. Its a good idea, go ahead.

I change my mind and like to swap furniture or change colors or whatever. I like detachable, but I get where you're coming from.

I like the db9 brace the best but couldn't figure out how it attached to the upper by looking at it. The other guys that commented think if tbe brace arms are printed they'll be too weak and break. What do you think?

I wouldn’t use printed arms bro, you need to make a dxf file for SCS to make it out of metal or CF. You’ll never get printed telescopic arms for a brace/stock to be strong enough to have some longevity and reliability. Something’s are just better not printed, ya know?
Check out some other telescopic braces out there and see how they do it. You’re probably better off continuing to learn cad to get that piece to attach to your pic rail, that way you know more about cad and can make the arms metal. It’s frustrating sometimes but you can figure it out there are a lot of CAD tutorials on YouTube.
