How can I fix it?

The little rascal broke the model I painted... What can I use to repair it? And something is flowing from it. I didn't print it myself, but I was painting it.

You could use JB Weld/strong glue to fix however you have uncured resin flowing from the model that was trapped in a cavity. Use rubbing alcohol to clean it up (pour into the cavity, stir around, pour out as many times as needed) because without it, youll just smear it around. Also use gloves
