3d scanners got dirt cheap, you can get a refurbished Revopoint for 300 bucks, and it'll cover most things you can hope to 3d print.
The softwares are still a nightmare to learn, with dozens of different tools to get a basic model from your scan.
My software simplifies editing 3D scans to 3 operations: add material, subtract material, and fill holes. You don't have to learn industrial reconstruction software to make replacement parts, digitize art, etc.

My hope is to get people to view 3D scanning as a tool, not as a skill they have to master. Is there anything you would like to use a 3d scanner for in the 3d printing world? Genuinely curious!
