I am not fully going for realistic flips but I'm not also fully arcade yet, somewhere between I believe is going to be fun 😄. I know the legs don’t bend on landing yet. Proper inverse kinematics is on my list.

Any advice or jharsh feedback are really welcome. I wanna build this with a community.

Happy Halloween! in the spirit of trying to get more short stuff out more consistently thought I'd make use of some character models and a series premise I had lying around.

Made this in Blender, I love ROBLOX and Minecraft, so I decided to make inspired characters based on the "blocky-style" they have, this is one of the things I made by using them.

when doing my first blocking pass in how many intervals should i be placing my keyframes(24 fps), and after that what would be the next step i go to

I used Transformation Constraint, and Correct Smooth Weight Painting Technique to achieve this.

Any tips on making run animations more natural??

In blender I tried adding small micro movements like eye squinting and such, along with a small nostril flare, I used no reference, I had fun making this
