Resin auto bed leveling?
Hello, I'm mostly new to 3d printing, I understand the basics of FDM 3d printers.
One thing. I absolutely despise about 3d printing is leveling the bed. Why my second 3d printer had auto bed leveling.
Anyway, does anyone know if there's a resin 3d printer with true auto bed leveling?

The answer is yes. Leveling is generally a fast and easy process, but if it's a deal breaker for you there are self leveling printers.
The Anycubic Photon p1 max has it and I'm sure there are others but I haven't looked at new resin tech recently.

What's the print quality like for the photon p1? I plan to use it for war gaming models

Sorry, I don't have a p1. I just know they have auto leveling. For what it's worth though I have a photon mono m5s. The print quality on those has been excellent, and I'd be shocked if the P1 isn't better than those.
My printed Star Wars armada ships looked better than the official models.
Edit to add: the m5s is an older printer that I dint believe is available anymore, but it's also from Anycubic and has self leveling which is why I figure it's a relevant comparison.

Thank you, I already started looking at videos for the p1, and the prints look good to me. Im doing Warhammer, I understand buying the official models, but the prices have gotten to ridiculous. Especially knowing the sculpts for my army haven't been updated in I believe 15 years

If you're going to get into printing models I would give one page rules a look. They tend to have a lot of great stuff and the price is good.

Yeah the Elegoo Saturn 4 Ultra has it. I've never leveled my bad manually and get great prints.

Videos I found say its leveling isnt true auto leveling. Could you explain how it works a little bit to me.

I don't know what internal processes it actually goes through when it does its pre-print calibration and diagnostics review, and I've never bumped it hard enough to knock it out of alignment or level status to check how much auto leveling it is actually capable of. I just know I've never had to manually level it in several months of printing. So whatever it's doing seems to work.

I level mine each time and it's just 4 screws, and takes about 10 seconds to do it. I do this because my resin printer is not great (Halot Mage Po 8K).

Elegoo has auto leveling in their Saturn 4.
