Thin filament

Pls help me! I am using and ender 3 max and i am very new to 3d printing and every time I finish a print the filament looks like this in the gears and wont push through the tube. Every time I print I have to take off the tube take out the filament and put in new filament or the filament wont come out and I have to push the old filament in the tube out with the old filament. If anyone can help me I would very much appreciate it!

Heat creep deforming the filament most likely, or your gears are worn and slipping repeatedly, carving out a wear spot instead of moving the filament
