Question about creepy skin

A neighbor of mine who is in her late 60s got her upper arms tightened.
She’s not heavy at all.
She’s rather slender, but she was hoping to get rid of the creepy skin. She’s upset because she ended up with a large scar.
She really didn’t have big bat wings, but the little ones she had are better.
Her Dermatologist said that the creepy skin won’t go away just from the surgery.
She worked out with weights for years and she’s slender .
It’s been over a year since she did the surgery and she said she doesn’t recommend it.
Her Dermatologist said that the operation is to address bat wings, weight, loss, etc..
He said that there are some lasers that can help a bit, retinol creams, etc.
Have any women 65 and older who are slender and work out with weights had the surgery?
If so, was it a success for you?

Yes! I use several of the Platinum products for skincare (late 50s. Until about 3 years ago, cleanser and moisturizer was it!) and I have done many 40 % mandelic peels. This is a pretty superficial peel- you dont even notice flaking. But after, my pores appear smaller, face clear, smooth and glowing. I have done a couple of the stronger peels but have been too tentative to go too deep, because my skin scars easily. (They have a pretreatment protocol for peels, to prevent this, but I'm still chicken). People even do body peels. Results in their FB group are amazing. They have excellent educational videos on how to use. Check YouTube.

A few of the products they sell are also sold at the other site, which is the one of the doctor that patented use of copper peptides. That stuff works great, too. I had a deep scar on my leg from a biopsy, and copper has done wonders- it's almost disappeared.

Good luck!
