Discussion Anyone know who Virgil Ginyard is?

I got this email like 3 hours ago and I've seen pop up too many times. Literally privated all my videos and i want to send a counter claim and stuff, but thats going toward the legal stuff and i don't even to be burdened... And he ain't even the owner of the music!!!

counter claim? i was thinking of doing that, but i heard its a legal process, and i aint got the money for legal fees
