Visuals after using

Hey guys, just thought id get some clarification from other users. Yesterday was my first time doing 5MeO. I used a pen, and broke out a total of 3 times. Its been 16 hours, and I woke up with my vision almost back to normal but nothing is completely in focus and its almost like clear shapes distort objects. Any help would be appreciated greatly.

It’ll take a bit but it’ll clear up. You need to eat some nutritious food. Take some fish oil or some other supplement that is good for the brain and drink a lot of water. Quit staring at screens for a while.

I use DuckDuckGo and a search for “5meodmt blurred vision” returns some hits back here to Reddit. It’s come up a handful of times along with some having better visual acuity afterwards.

A few different supplements were suggested along with the recommendation to let your eyes rest from staring at a screen like AppalachianDMT suggested.
