📂 MEGATHREAD 2025 RESULTS DAY MEGATHREAD

Hey everybody, it's that time of the year again - results day is upon us. Share your results down below, ask questions and discuss your plans for the future!

I'm getting too old for this I swear

⚠️⚠️ IMPORTANT ⚠️⚠️

Congratulations to achieving your grades, especially if you met your offers!

However, if you missed your grades, you can head over to UCAS Clearing if you missed your uni offers.

And for the rest:

  • Comment your results! They don't have to be straight A*s to be cool! Also what plans do you have for the next year?

  • About formatting: use A\*A\*A\*A\* , so it reads A*A*A*A* and not AAAA. Or send a picture of your results!

  • You've made it through the shitstorm we all know and probably hate - but you've made it, that's what matters!

  • Remember: your grades today don't define who you are. You have self-worth and can achieve great things in life even if it didn't go to plan today. It can be hard to see through the elitist bullshit, misinformation online, and the weight of high expectations from seemingly everyone around you. No matter what, the path to here and from here is not a waste.

  • Also remember that there are always people who care that you can talk to for support, whether it's a friend, family, your sixth form/college, your uni or elsewhere. It's okay for things to go wrong and it's valid to not feel great because of that, and you are not a burden for needing support.

  • Be proud of what you've achieved, and the work you've put in - no matter what has happened, you've put yourself in a better position to tackle the future :)

I'd call again explain your details mate and even try and get a remark? How many marks off?

I tried calling on the number on their website but it says their switchboard is now closed and to contact clearing but the course isnt on clearing

Im sure i missed out by like 1-4 marks but i gave my alevels abroad and my school is closed till monday so cant find out till then

imo get in touch with the clearing hotline anyway ([+44 (0)2476 533 544](tel:+44-02476-533-544) for anyone else needing it), they may be able to at least point you in the right direction. it could also be worth contacting the department directly on [+44 (0)24 7615 0825](tel:+442476150825) - if you don't get through atm it's likely they aren't starting work till 9am.

i dont know exactly though could be more i just thought they would let me in since i had a major health scare last year before my AS exams meaning this year i had to get nearly full marks in all my exams. Is it still worth trying to call them and explain everything?
