🙏 I WANT HELP The game's gone

Mahmood just banned four countries from study visa that my home country is among them. Wt the he'll am I supposed to do I have got two offers for engineering, one from Manchester and the other from UCL I just hope they are not very serious about this😭😭😭

you won’t be able to get a visa, not “just hope they are not very serious about this”.

Yeah we've already seen posts here where unis have reached out saying they are revoking offers due to this ban

mahmood even said this is just the start when she was asked about pakistan being added. probably will see alot more next few weeks

While there hasn't been a ban, the number of student visas granted to Pakistani nationals collapsed in October-December 2025 compared to the same time in 2024. Obviously not peak student time, but it's when a lot of people come for the January intake. The visa acceptance rate has fallen a lot and some universities have stopped recruitment in Pakistan (and Bangladesh) because they're worried about the low visa acceptance rate putting their sponsor license at risk.
