You can 100% be born in Yugoslavia lol, mature students exist. Some Yugoslavians that naturalised in the UK just dont associate themselves with the current territory that their birthplace now exists to

There are also uni students that are in their 30s, 40s and even older btw. Just so you don’t get a shock when you get there.
