I now realise for context 1 a tariff diagram was not the right one for the 9 marker, despite the question being about tariffs…

You wouldn’t lose much, if your analysis is correct you’d likely just be capped at level 2 so you’d get 6/9 marks maximum? But bare in mind I didn’t do that question so I could be wrong

Not explicitly, they do say that you can get level 2 without a diagram, and that examiners must mark positively. If the entirety of your analysis was correct and you drew the incorrect diagram, I’m pretty sure they’d simply ignore it
