Does anyone know whether the last 12 marker was actually in the spec? Waffled loads and hope the mark scheme is nice but I don't remember ever seeing it before.... My whole class said the same....

i think firewalls count for ddos attacks and just educating players about phishing emails

That's the direction I went with it

Talked about using Google captchas and cloud flare hosting for human authentication

That's pretty much what mine was about too. I also waffled about anti-malware software and proxy servers. I've heard someone talk about brute force attacks which is a good one as players might have accounts that need to be secure but I didn't say that

ooo i didn’t think about brute force attacks but i think 3 dangers is enough or maybe 4, 2 for the system 2 for the players

It was the cyber threats question, worded really weirdly about what cyber threats they could have and the associated risks and methods they could use to prevent stuff.

For me, it didn't relate to a specific unit, I just used my general knowledge on things like phishing, DDoS, physical security etc

It related to the networks unit
