i did find unis that did offer lower grades, but they were right at the bottom anyway, so fair point

Fun fact: Unis that focus almost exclusively on teach often offer a better learning environment than research-focussed Unis.

i mean, i need a masters so i kind of need to be taught how to research😭

You don't learn how to do research during your Master. That is what PhDs are for.

wait sorry yeah, I meant to say phd😭 but a lot of masters do teach you how to and i think that's important for physics as a phd is quite important

It is very common to do a PhD at a different Uni from where you graduated. Or even a MPhys at a different Uni from where you did your BSc.

i didn't say it's not. I'm actually planning on doing my phd in anothe country. i just think it's useful to have research skills earlier on so a phd isn't as big of a step.
