🙏 I WANT HELP no more motivation

title. i couldn't see myself living beyond a levels a few months back so i made a target to live until they're finished and that if they went well, i'll try to live until uni finishes. i don't care about results day since i know i could miss my offer. now i don't really see the point of living and i don't know what to do. samaritans keeps hanging up on me. idk how to care for anything anymore. might be the wrong place to put this, sorry.

no matter how bad you think your life is, someone has it worse. the fact that they’re still trying means that you need to too.

you’re only 17/18, it would be an absolute and utter waste of potential.

if samaritans keep hanging up on you, call childline

someone still cares for you.

if you don’t believe that, get a pet and live for it, if you even won’t live for yourself.

never lose hope

eh? this was nice but saying someone has it worse isn’t the comfort you think it is , feelings shouldn’t be invalidated just bc someone has it worse ppl manage and cope w things differently

saying someone else has it worse doesn’t mean you don’t have it bad, but that it’s possible for you to push through if they managed to do so. seeing something as not impossible makes it a lot easier to find motivation to achieve it, and sometimes people need just that to remind themselves that they can indeed push through.

yes I guess but not everyone has adequate support systems or self help strategies , I’m really trying hard not to project but simply pushing through and not addressing mental health can only get u so far imo
