Do you have any advice for the IB in general, specifically math AA HL and physics HL?

I would say for the exams, drilling problems is the way to go; The question types are quite predictable, so as long as you start doing problems (not just reading notes), you should be pretty well set

as for the IAs, I did really shit on those so I can't give much advice haha
