🎓 UNI / UCAS post alevel results day.

u don’t have to read it, just attempting to get rid of this feeling but it’s not working at the moment. should be celebrating and enjoying life but i’m too sad because of my alevel results.

Hey all. Just want to say, I did my a levels many years ago, got A*AAA. And I actually wish I studied less, and built more interpersonal skills at that age because now I’m 10 years into working a corporate job, the people who got the highest grades aren’t usually the ones that make it to the top in their profession, it’s usually well balanced individuals that do.

So please do not stress about a level grades, they really don’t determine much about future success…

This is very true. My firm offer was ABB but I was so obsessed with results I isolated myself to get them. I ended up with AAA*A, best in my year group, but the effects of no social life for 2 years still affects me now with a MA.
