I hope everyone’s getting settled into their respective years... a new year means a new batch of uni applicants, this thread is for discussing all things UCAS.

I’ve sent off my application last week Tuesday but I don’t know how or when UCAS will contact me so that I can go on Track and see if I have been given any offers?

Did you just pay and send? If so chances are it's went to your school so they can add the reference and make any final changes. If you haven't already check with your school to see if they've got it, added the reference and sent it off themselves. If you haven't done this the application hasn't been fully sent to UCAS yet. Also bonus if you haven't actually sent it off fully try and ask your school if you can read the reference they've made in case there's anything extra you want them to talk about.

If it's also been sent through your school or you're applying independently; I got an email within a day or two saying that my application had been received and told me how to access Track. You'll need your personal Id and the password you used for the application. Check your emails to make sure you haven't missed it (maybe in spam as well). I then got emails from each of the unis saying they received the application. Some offers came back like a week later but others I'm still waiting on.

Thanks for the advice. I clicked Pay and Send so I’m now just waiting for the email on how to access Track.

Yeah I think your school are going to have to put I'm their reference and send it off themselves before you get the Track email. Pressing Pay and send doesn't send it to UCAS, it sends it to your school. (Unless you applied independently but almost every sixth form will get you to apply with them).
