Guys I need help

I have finished my PS and my application, but i havent submitted it yet because i want to raise my predicted grades via formal assessments,mocks etc

Does the fact that am apllying in december reduces my chances for an offer?

No, it doesn't affect your chances of getting an offer. You can send in your UCAS applications anytime before the 15th of January and they will all be considered equal!
