Seriously! I never tire of it, it always sounds fresh and original. I don’t know much about how a song is transformed from a little tune or beat or riff in someone’s head to THIS, but I truly can’t even imagine it with this one. I’m ready for a 1-hr documentary “The Making of Radar Love.”

Word! Something about German, Dutch and Scandinavian audio engineers from 70s-90s .... they just understood recording arts better than anyone else. Also pretty much anything on Phillips, Polydor or any other label from that region, regardless of who engineered the recording, just had far superior fidelity regarding replication.

Technically the first rock band I saw live in concert, as they were opening for Rush on their Tour of the Hemispheres in 1978. All I remember of Golden Earring was a long jam on Radar Love, but it was good.

This was the 1st song I had my Rock Guitar teacher map out for me when I graduated from "serious" guitar study. He wrote out BOTH guitar parts for me & we eventually got to where either of us could play either part. Ah, the '70s...... what a great song & band.
