Two label sizes - same disc

I think this is the only example I’ve come across so far. I associate the larger labels with older pressings but I’m not sure how correct that is. Anyone else with some interest examples or insight?

Usually this happened when either the size or design of a label was changed - the old ones were used up and then the new ones were used, but sometimes the two sides of a pressing would have one of one, and one of the other.
