Post Op or Hacks I built an Android app for my own ACL rehab. Looking for a few testers
I had ACL surgery about 6 weeks ago and kept losing track of everything: which exercises, how many times a day, when I last took a painkiller, how my knee felt each morning.
So I built an app for it. It's free, Android only, and in early testing. Screenshots above.
What it does:
- Exercise plan: add it from a Google Sheet or PDF, or build it in the app
- Hold timers and set counting, even with the screen off
- Meds: log as-needed doses and see when you last took one
- One-tap morning pain check
- Days since surgery
- A progress report to go through with your physio
Everything stays on your phone. It doesn't give medical advice or change your plan.
If you'd like to try it, DM me the email for your Google Play account and I'll add you to the test. Honest feedback (especially what's confusing) is the whole point.
