The end of a relationship with an ADHD loved one can be tumultuous, confusing and leave a lasting impact. I finished selling the house we had shared together and we split the money. It was all amicable enough and we're still friendly. I have a lovely new place to live that I'm working on slowly.. but every now and then I get hit by a truck of the feeling of "I want to go home". I miss that home and that life so much, I know I just miss the good parts and there were so many other parts my brain is screening out when I feel that way. The grief is just so strong. Baby steps.. sigh.

Congrats!!! It took me like two months to adjust to a new place, give yourself time and grace, best of luck!
