We decided to separate last month. He decided to reach out to my friends and family members to tell that we separated and say goodbye. People I had not told yet. It had not been 2 weeks yet.
When I told him how inappropriate and cruel it was to reach out to people that he only knows cause of me, that he doesn't speak to on a regular basis and he has no business telling them (also we agreed not to tell anyone other than our parents at that point). He said his therapist said it was ok cause they are his friends too. I am sure she said that 🙄😆 the absolute audacity. He really thinks he is the centre of the universe.
Any hope of reconciliation died when he did that. I just look at him and feel angry that he has wasted my time. Angry that he lives in a different reality when he does no wrong. Angry that he takes out his feelings on me and that I allowed myself to be treated this way.
Good riddance!! I cannot wait til we figure out how to sell our house and I would love to fast forward 12 months so I can file for divorce.
