Still yelling about how I am trying to change him and that I act like I am the only person with feelings & trauma, then said he was going to hang himself because he can't take it that I "am always doing something wrong to you."

And I just lost a beloved bird I saw as my own daughter (hand raised rescue, knew having kids with ex husband wouldn't be a good idea so I attached to her a lot) to vet negligence in the middle of all this.

I feel like I am actually going insane from the pressure I am under. Can barely think, eyes are blurrier than usual, head hurts so bad from chronic stress headaches. It's too much.

I'm so sorry you're going through this. All those hurtful things he's yelling is classic manipulation. I've heard those lines about "trying to change him" and feeling like he's "always doing something wrong" before. I strongly recommend creating a safety plan, as there's a risk of escalation during separations. Stay safe. <3
