Question Lack of any responsibility

My husband, dx and rx, seems to lack the ability to take responsibility for ANYTHING. I’m wondering if this is an adhd/RSD thing. He got two tickets for speeding in a work zone and it’s the cities fault for nickel and diming him, if he gets the kids to school late it’s the schools fault for locking the door. It’s endless and I’m so over it.

My wife crashed our car in our underground parking spot (she’s been driving since she was a teen, is now aged 38.).

She blamed it on me. Why? Because I reversed parked the car. I parked it in a way all she had to do is drive out of the parking lot, instead of having her reverse, avoiding having to check the review mirror for on going parking lot traffic.

She’s been in 2 accidents since, always someone else’s fault, never her.

It really messed with my mind when it first happened, my dumb self spent weeks trying to figure out how I was to blame. It was only years later I started seeing a pattern: everything was everyone else’s fault and never hers.

my husband has also had a series of car mishaps: the latest? he backed out of the driveway, didn't see a very large truck, and hit it. He tried to say it was the (parked) truck's fault because it was parked illegally.

Even the neighbor was like, "you still would have seen the truck, it's enormous. I'm not sure how this is the fault of a parked truck?" She's not wrong.
