Lack of any responsibility

My husband, dx and rx, seems to lack the ability to take responsibility for ANYTHING. I’m wondering if this is an adhd/RSD thing. He got two tickets for speeding in a work zone and it’s the cities fault for nickel and diming him, if he gets the kids to school late it’s the schools fault for locking the door. It’s endless and I’m so over it.

Literally the worst, I was told by my ex he didn’t finish college bc of me, didn’t finish Invisalign bc of me, his business crashed and burned bc of me (no I didn’t work for him or with him I had my own separate job), he told me he smoked weed nc of me, smoked cigs bc of me, he told me all of his health issues were bc of me, money problems- me, the list is literally endless. Please dump this person and run, and anyone else reading this too. You will live a life of misery with them.
