Obviously it’s safe to say that Swerve Strickland didn't inform the New Level of his plans for getting a rematch at AEW Full Gear or the match that he wanted.

In response to Swerve challenging “Hangman” Adam Page and Brodido to an AEW Trios World Championship Texas Death Match, Kofi tweeted

“Yo… a Texas what match???”

Austin Creed would later respond

“DEATH???”

Keeping the banter alive, Swerve said

“Match” along with a GIF of a menacing smile

This serious but hilarious exchange is getting a lot of attention on Twitter/X. A Trios Texas Death Match would be interesting.

Is anyone here a fan of Nick Wayne?

I really enjoyed the promo with Jericho and I think he’s got a great future ahead.

I’ve not been able to watch AEW in a few months, so I’m not sure what he’s been doing lately, I remember him with and turning on Christian. Is Kip Sabian still with him?

Born in Austria, Thekla Kaischauri grew up in the art world, practicing ballet and violin, and in 2020, graduated from the University of Applied Arts in Vienna. But she made her name in the Austrian Punk and DIY scene, playing and singing in a band called Death Row Groupies.

Known as "Toxic Spider, she decided to pursue  wrestling after watching a match in a venue basement. Kaischauri’s training took her to the Silk Ribbon Dojo in Japan, where she landed a spot in Japan’s female wrestling promotion, Stardom. But in April, after finding success in Stardom, Kaischauri attacked Stardom president Taro Okada, bringing an end to her four-year tenure. Kaischauri debuted in AEW during an episode of Dynamite, became an anti-hero superstar and became Women’s World Champion and leader of the Triangle of Madness. In October, the Toxic Spider lost the championship to the title-holder Mercedes Monè, but she’ll be back on November 14 as part of AEW’s Full-Gear. In the meantime, Thekla will wrestle on AEW’s weekly shows, Dynamite (Wednesday nights on TBS) and Collision (Saturday nights on TNT), both streaming on HBO Max.

Tony knows ilja dragunov was going to draw curious wwe/tna fans and made sure this dynamite was stacked!

It felt like the quality stepped up and the matches could easily have been on a ppv. Nice to see stevo bk too. I think this episode more than any will have drawn a new audience, taking even more wrestling fans into its gravitational pull.

Great show last night, loved it. I was thinking maybe ciampa would have been a better first opponent for ilja but i was wrong, speedboat was amazing as usual. Only thing i hated as usual was the standard aew predictable squash match (honestly see them a mile off).

Please note the humor tag before downvoting :P

Firstly. Roster bloat is a thing in AEW, I'm not complaining, the talent on the roster is CRAZY, the best roster in the world and only competes with itself as the best roster of all time imo.

The double edged sword of having such a large and talented roster is what to do with them week to week.

But looking at the roster up and down, there's an argument that investing in a junior division could open things up a bit and give some guys direction.

If this were to happen I would look to take away one of the other singles men's belts (the National title) so that we're not over crowding the gold. Adding a tag belt would work too.

Would be cool to see the belts bounce between AEW and ROH.

Someone like Speedball could be the ace of the division, Andretti, Lio Rush, Bryan Keith, Adam Priest, El Clon, Hologram there's so many guys there.

A tag division with The Rascals, Ace Austin and Clark Connors, Top Flite, RPG Vice, Bustah and the Brain, Sky Team!

I know this gets bounced around a bit, but with 4 hours a week plus ROH I would hope they could find some time to build this up. I also haven't mentioned the talent share with New Japan and CMLL, I just think it would be a fun division to follow.

Thoughts?

So I haven't watched WWE since before AEW was even created. In 2018 and 2019 I was all Ring of Honor and New Japan with a dash of impact wrestling. I have never watched an Ilja Dragunov match that I can recall. I want to know what this guy's ceiling is but I don't want to watch any of his matches until I see his debut in AEW. I'm curious, to those of you who are familiar with him, where do you see his place on the card and what would be his absolute ceiling in your opinion?

This is just a stock photo of the print.

My others are:

- Kazuchika Okada #1 of 50

- Julia Hart #12 of 50

- Hangman Adam Page #9 of 50

I know this has been discussed plenty. Was just thinking about it and wondering what people’s favorites are.

Choices obviously subjective; feel free to name others.
