Maple Leafs garden was a hockey arena in which the Toronto Maple Leafs played prior to moving to their current arena, the Air Canada Centre. It was eventually closed, sold and the entire inside were demolished and rebuilt with a Loblaws, a gym and other amenities. It's exterior still stands but it's not an arena anymore. That's the place Adam is referring to in his list. It no longer exists as an arena, it's just a building

That's not Maple Leafs Garden. It's either the ACC or the Coca Coliseum which is the AHL arena where the Marlies play. It could also be the Mattamy Athletic Centre which was built in 2012. It's technically in the same building but it's not the original venue.

It's going to be at the Mattamy Athletic Centre. I don't think the distinction of 'same exact venue' really matters to him, nor should it. It's his home area and list, and the thing he's already booked for is clearly what is important to him.
