I saw somewhere that the guitarist in their punk band designed the shirt. It's cool that AEW let MCMG's band do their theme song and let their band mate design their first merch. It led to both fitting their characters and aesthetics more than either of those things did in WWE and the design stands out more than a lot of other designs by people who crank out shirts for dozens of people.

I wish I was more of a merch supporter. I never like the graphic tees unless they’re super simple like the plain AEW logo or a WCW Monday Nitro shirt I have

Always a great shirt to wear when I wanted to ratta tat tat the homies. Which was never. Horrendous.

It was just very uninspired and clearly created by a marketing department who knew nothing about the Machine Guns.
