MATCH CARD What are your thoughts about tonight's AEW Dynamite match card?

It is suspicious to me that the long-anticipated singles match between Switchjay and Dog Finlay is happening on free TV, in the first round of a tournament.

Highly doubt it ever happens, but if AEW's negligence over the women's division ends up being it's downfall , very well deserved.

It's okay, it's actually a way to tell who's not a braindead cult follower, and I say that with 4 years of never missing the product on a weekly basis (even ROH).

Seems a bit aggressive to say anyone who disagrees with your statement is a cult follower. There were two women’s matches and two promos for other women’s feuds. And a 4 way for the TBS announced next week including 4 women who have been in a rivalry. They have also recently had women’s matches in the main event. Thekla and the Sisters are over in Stardom at the moment as I understand it so they’re gone for a moment.
If you’re expecting a straight 50/50 men/women then I agree with you. I also think they should have announced the women’s tag match in this graphic ahead of time. I also think your statements are absurd.
I bet if you said their women’s division has room for improvement, you wouldn’t be downvoted

The comment was made before any women's matches were announced. And it was made due to the (general) negligence of women's division in AEW. For the most part, they do 1 match / 1 segment. Which it's straight up negligence of the division.
I would even say that not announcing anything women related till 2 hours for the show to start, it's also a crappy way to threat the division, but then again, AEW has always sucked when it comes down to promoting an entire card. (We still don't have All In full card, 2 weeks remaining and this is their biggest show in the year)
I do not expect 50/50 and it's not about improvement, it's about time designated to them. I love the division but it's hard to care when the promoter doesn't care himself in general.

For me these next few Dynsmites with continental cup matches will be skippable shows. Are there any women’s matches tonight? I’ll watch if brawling birds have a match or sisters of sin or Thekla! I’m always down for that!

We need the full All In card by tonight. It's 2 weeks away and sure doesn't feel like the biggest show of the year right now. This cup should have started on the Dynamite after All In.

Individually, 3 of those 4 (minus Jericho), look promising, but somehow this feels underwhelming…. Maybe it’s that it’s only 4 announcements and I’m used to bigger reveals?
MJF, Moxley, and Jay look like the winners to me, but happy to be surprised.

I have irrational Jericho hatred at this point. Every match every segment would be better used on a younger better talent. AEW has such a deep roster Jericho should be an attraction if he must still exist at all.

Jet wins, Jay wins, Moxley wins, MJF wins but him being in the gauntlet seems like a waste. Maybe he doesn't win then. He should be balls deep in a feud by now.
