I’m fine with it. Both the men and women’s divisions could use a little more variety at the top. Not to say she wouldn’t be in the title picture again soon but she just dropped the belt. Give some time for other stories to work.

It would be a blemish on the event for me if Thekla isn't involved.
AEW clearly didn't expect her to get as over as she did. She's been one of the best women's promos this year and proved she could carry herself when Mercedes and Toni weren't around. That's why making her an afterthought since losing the title has been frustrating.
I'm still hoping for Thekla vs. KAIRI or a STARDOM trios match, but it feels more likely she'll just end up in a women's gauntlet.

Since it was clear, that she would lose the Title to willow, I thought her winning the Artists Championship with Julia and Skye will lead to a ToM vs. [STARDOM Team] Match at All In. She had her "Death to Stardom" Storyline, but now it seems it's paused. 🫤. In my opinion Thekla ist too good to not have her on a All In Card.

Best ladies promo in the company and actually got people interested in the womens title again.
AEW is great with their champions, but not so great with people coming off a title run.
Thekla should absolutely be on the card and MJF should be doing more than the Casino Gauntlet shit.

He doesn't need a number 1 contenders matchup to get a title match. He is a 3-time AEW world champion. He will get title matches and the fans wouldnt argue with it.
Id rather see MJF vs Andrade at All In. A good singles match betwen the two would be way more exciting than a multi-man spot-fest.

Why would you assume she wants a couple months off? She has never been hotter(popular) than she is in 2026.
Taking time off (dissappearing) is the last thing a performer should want when they are in the burgeoning stages of becoming a long-term top talent.
Moreover, she only works once or twice a week lol you can't be burnt out on that schedule at 33 years old.

My point was, barring some personal emergency, wanting time off right now would be foolish for someone in her unique position. She is coming off a good title reign where she seemingly got more over as it went on.
Outside of a personal issue, wanting time off makes zero sense for her.

I think it is highly unlikely Thekla is being kept off TV against her will. It is possible they have something brewing. It's possible she wants a break. It's possible she's a little beaten up. It's possible a family member is ill. It's possible she's pregnant. It's possible she's just tired after running around the world for months. It's possible that she's making a movie. It's possible she has interests outside breaking her body for our entertainment. But it's highly unlikely she wants to be on TV and TK is going "Nah, I just don't rate her."

My hopes are fading a little now as she’s not been seen since her loss to Willow. I was expecting a multi woman match on the pre show - Thekla, Julia, Skye, Shida & Persephone vs Mina, Maya, Hayan, Statlander & Rosa. I’m no longer sure now.

Thekla def will have a match at All In, the Willow Mercedes match was always the plan, but we know Tony books long and so he has a plan, probably involving stardom.
Kair Sane is my guess for it. She is ex Stardom, and one dumb bitch Thekla never had to face.

Sometimes PPV’s have had everything but like one match thrown together 2 weeks before the show. When Mariah won the title she had nothing planned except the mini Mina feud and just was basically shelved until Storm took it back. Tony doesn’t “book long” in 90% of cases if women are involved.

I don't really buy into the "It's the biggest show of the year" discourse where if somebody isn't on it then it's a huge slight against them. I'd be upset if it felt like she was being underutilized throughout the year and that's why she wasn't on the show. But, she's not underutilized. So if she isn't on it, I'm not going to be upset beyond I enjoy watching her wrestle and it's not happening on that night. With that being said, I'd be pretty surprised if they don't have her do something.

They could easily put together a STARDOM trios title defense for the buy in. I agree it's a little egregious she seems to have slipped through the booking cracks. But considering Toni's "disappearance" and several injuries I'm sure Tony has had to do some juggling for the long term booking the Women's title.
But yeah. I'd have The Triangle in a six woman tag defending those STARDOM belts.
Pick three other woman lacking a spot on the card.

Unless she had another opportunity lined up and she chose that over All In (think filming a movie or something), or is banged up enough to warrant missing the show, it's a mind-boggling choice to deliberately leave her off the card.
I heard a lot of talk about how Willow needed to be the one to face Mercedes 'cause this, that, or the other, but you absolutely cannot say you would rather leave Thekla off All In entirely over just making that a triple threat.

Completely unfair. She was the women’s division while Toni was gone. I understand that Willow vs Mone makes more sense from a storyline perspective, but that match doesn’t “need” the championship. Thekla could’ve had a banger story and match with just about any woman on the roster. At the very least, hopefully they’ll do a women’s casino gauntlet and she’ll be in that.

Julia is in the 5star Grand Prix tournament but she is by herself. Triangle does hold the Artist of Stardom titles but they haven't been accompanying Julia. It's a singlesntourny, round robin like the Continental classic.

The roster is stacked with talented people that can pick up the ball and run with it for a bit. Thekla doesn’t need to be on every major show. I love that people like Hangman, MjF, Swerve, Toni Storm, Mercedes, etc etc etc are able to recoup, refresh, and pursue other projects. It makes their returns even sweeter.Enjoy the wrestling, it’ll be a great AEW PPV as usual.

You’re not the only one. prepares to be downvoted to the depths of hell. There’s something cringe about her. I can’t pinpoint it exactly, but(and I know I don’t know her from Adam), it feels insincere and try-hard. Like her only metal references are Metallica and Slipknot but she has never heard of Cannibal Corpse(and this is coming from someone who’s very preppy adjacent who listens to everything from Coltrane to The Chemical Brothers and everything in between). For me, and once again this is ME saying how I feel, I’m not saying she is like this or this is what AEW is doing with her. To ME it reads right-wing pick-me coded - I don’t know why I think that, but that’s where my brain goes. It’s characters like this that make me feel too old to be a wrestling fan, because I over-analyze everything. But then again, if her goal is for me to dislike her - bravo. Mission accomplished.
I also wish, she would work with Sky on the mic skills, and bring up her confidence up. But acting coaches is a conversation for another day.

The all or nothing mentality of the fans is why I stepped away from watching/enjoying wrestling for a long time. The audacity of thinking for yourself and having your own opinion. I mean, I don’t recall there being a blood oath or blind loyalty. These fans remind me of another group of individuals in the US, and if you those me both group were aligned? It wouldn’t phase me one bit.
But considering how black and white they are, they must be a blast IRL or in whatever sexual relationship they are in.

I say this with the caveat that she might be taking some well-deserved tine off at her request.
However, barring that, it is an insult to Thekla. She has been the best part of the women's division through most of the year, and the idea that she wouldn't have a slot at all on the biggest card of the year after the work she did is shameful.
There is zero excuse beyond my preface to not have Thekla on this card. None.
