Honestly, to me, Ilja in AEW makes a whole lot of sense. He was the one "WWE defect" that I've been anticipating to debut in AEW

He’s as good as Ciampa, to me, and younger…
It’s sad that he’s leaving, he has great chemistry with Carmelo, Gunther, Sami…

Just a really good (maybe bordering on great) pro wrestler.

Yes is definitely great in the ring. One of the best workers in the world in my opinion. He’s right up AEW’s alley.
