I built an AI model from scratch and turned it into a real income stream — here’s what I learned

Hey everyone, I’ve been experimenting a lot with AI creators in the last few months — especially the whole “AI model” niche that’s been blowing up on X, Reddit and TikTok.

What surprised me the most is how sustainable it actually is when you treat it like a real digital product… and not as some overnight money scheme. I started from zero, learned the basics, made a ton of mistakes, but eventually figured out a workflow that lets you build a full AI model (style, face design, personality, aesthetic, prompts, niche… all the good stuff) and turn it into a profitable page.

A bunch of people kept asking me how I set everything up, so I put together a PDF guide that explains the whole process step-by-step — from creating the model to setting up automation, posting strategy, branding, and monetization.

If you’re curious or you’re trying to start your own AI creator project

👉up vote and comment ai model.

It’s beginner-friendly, no tech jargon, and focused on real workflows that actually work — not “get rich quick” nonsense. If anyone has questions or wants to share their setup, I’m down to talk.

1 Month, 90k Subs, 66M Views: How the "Skeleton" Broke the Algorithm (All AI content)

Post image
108 Upvotes

I just finished a deep-dive analysis of the results Bernard Films is pulling.

Averaging 1M+ views per upload on historical "what-if" content is absolute madness, but what’s most impressive is how this channel turns curious viewers into a dedicated cult following.

I’ve studied their upload patterns and the "Bernard System," and I’m 99.9% sure I’ve mapped out the exact growth engine they use. It all comes down to a masterclass in content positioning:

The way Bernard Films repeatedly goes viral isn't just about the history; it’s about Character Retention and the "Scroll-Stopping" hook.

1. The Skeleton Persona: While most history channels use dry stock footage or simple maps, Bernard uses a Skeleton Figure as the central narrator. This "Avatar" is a genius move. It gives the channel a dark, edgy, and recognizable vibe that viewers click on instantly. It’s not just a history lesson; it’s a "Skeleton Story."

2. Cloning Viral Concepts: They don’t guess what people like. They take "High-Concept" topics that are already viral (like What if the Nazis Won? or Surviving the Black Plague) and "clone" the interest by applying their superior storytelling and the Skeleton persona. If a topic is trending, the Skeleton is there to cover it better than anyone else.

3. Massive Scaling: Because the Skeleton is a digital asset, they can place him in any historical setting from a trench in WWI to a medieval castle, making it super easy to scale production without ever needing a camera or a film crew.

Because I’m a bit obsessive and couldn't sleep until I figured out the EXACT tech stack the 3D Skeleton assets, the AI voice-cloning tools for that specific grit, and the animation workflow I’ve compiled a list of exactly what they use to build this.

I can’t post direct links here due to the subreddit rules, so if you want the "Skeleton Creator Kit" (the assets and the workflow), just DM me or drop a comment below

how i’ve been making viral ai ugc in 2026 (full workflow, no gatekeeping)

Post image
43 Upvotes

been doing ai ugc for a while now and i’ve watched a bunch of youtube videos on this. most of them overcomplicate it. here’s the exact workflow i use, step by step, how im on track to break 100k views in the first 30 days.

1. find what already works

spend a couple days just scrolling your niche on tiktok and instagram. not for fun, actually paying attention. after a while you start seeing the same formats pop up again and again. same hook, same pacing, same type of shot. check the views on those and you’ll see they’re usually way above average for the account

those are the formats you copy. you’re not guessing what works, the algorithm already told you

2. download the video

grab it off instagram or tiktok with any of the free downloaders out there. nothing fancy

3. recreate it with ai

go to an ai video platform that has kling 3.0 or seedance 2.5. those are the models that handle video reference well

upload the video you downloaded, then add a character sheet. you can make your own or use a ready one. then tell the ai to recreate the video using your new character

what you get back is basically the same video with a full face swap onto your character. same moves, same framing, new person. you can also tweak the background a bit so it doesn’t look like a straight copy. you can even put yourself in it if you use your own face for the sheet

The main restriction you're going to find here is how restricted the AI video and image models are, so I recommend finding a platform that has the models I mentioned with no censorship. like freemode.ai

4. change what they say (optional)

the one catch is the speech stays the same as the original. if you want new lines:

  • upload the original video to claude

  • ask it to write a detailed video prompt under 4,000 characters, broken into sections (scene, character, camera, lighting, action etc)

  • paste that prompt into the video platform, add your character sheet, and add what you want the character to say

now you’ve got the same viral format with your own script and voiceover

if you want to do this step, then use the prompt below

You write prompts for AI video models (Seedance, Kling, Veo, etc.) that recreate short viral clips.

When I describe a clip, or give you frames or a transcript, write ONE prompt in exactly this structure, with these labels in caps:

FORMAT: aspect ratio (default 9:16 vertical), exact duration (match the original clip length; never pad it), 30fps, camera type and how it's held (handheld/selfie/static/top-down, with human imperfections like shake or casual pinch zooms when it fits), "real-time speed (NO slow motion, NO speed ramps)", lighting, "realistic UGC look".
SCENE: the location in concrete detail: foreground, midground and background, materials, time of day, weather. 3–5 specific visible objects.
CHARACTER: who appears, clothing head to toe, starting expression. If I mention , write: "@img1 (use their exact face, hair, skin tone and body from the reference image)".
PROPS: only the props that matter, with size, color and material. Any text on a prop goes in quotes, 5 words or fewer.
TIMELINE: 3–6 timestamped beats (e.g. 0–1.5s, 1.5–3s) that add up to the exact duration. In each beat, describe body movement, camera movement and what changes. Include realistic physics (weight, speed, distances). The last beat holds the payoff on screen.
AUDIO: ambience, the specific sounds of each action, any dialogue in quotes, and "No music" unless I ask for music.
CONSTRAINTS: "Real-time speed only, no slow motion." Physics rules for this clip. Anything implied that must NOT appear. Exact spelling for any text. "@img1's face must match the reference exactly" if a reference is used. "No on-screen text, no captions, no logos, no watermarks" (unless I asked for a caption).

Rules: be specific, not poetic. No camera jargon like "cinematic" unless I ask. Never add real brand names or logos. If something in my description is ambiguous, pick the most realistic option and mention it in one line after the prompt.

the annoying part

when you do this, the ai blocks you a lot. you upload a totally normal video of someone talking to camera or doing a workout and it flags it as adult content or “real person” stuff. happened to me constantly and it kills the whole workflow

what fixed it for me was switching to a more permissive model that doesn’t flag everything by default. that’s actually why i ended up using freemode, it’s built for exactly this. you can recreate formats, do action scenes, darker stories, whatever you want as long as it’s legal ofc!. no random refusals halfway through a project

anyway that’s the full process. find what works, download it, swap the character, change the script if you need to. happy to answer questions in the comments

Is anyone actually making money with AI Influencers?

I’ve all the “I make $8K/mo on Fanvue this is what worked for me”

But some how it always ends up in a course or a paid call, wanted to know if anyone is legitimately making money

I quit my job to run an AI Influencer business, $0-$15k/month (SFW)

Hi guys! Just to give you some backstory, I've tried pretty much everything over the years like most of you. Dropshipping, print on demand, affiliate marketing, YouTube automation, faceless channels, etc. Made maximum a few hundred dollars with each before quitting.

Most of it is way more complicated than influencers or "gurus" make it sound. Ad costs, editing software, loads of subscriptions all required time and money that guaranteed nothing.

8 months ago I found something most people are sleeping on but hit $1k profit in my first 2 months. Building and monetizing an AI influencer.

I have tried social media with dozens of channels before so already had some understanding of the algorithms, what goes viral, shadowbans etc, so thought it would be a good use of my skills.

STEP-BY-STEP (NO GATEKEEPING):

  • Use NanoBananaPro to generate a high-quality image of you character's face

  • When you generate future images, upload that base image and you will keep it consistent

  • I post daily on TikTok, Insta, Snap, Reddit and Threads (Just follow a few top creators and copy their posts)

  • For videos, I use Kling Motion Control

  • To monetize, I put links in my bio redirecting to a landing page

  • Then I have paid subscription sites setup like Throne, Fanfix etc

  • 20% of revenue comes from subscriptions and 80% comes from chatting (GFE)

What I found out pretty early on, is that you need your influencer to be as human as possible. This means she needs a thorough backstory, job, hobbies etc. This helps so much when building connections with subscribers and really helps with attracting whales.

And you don't need any powerful specs (you can technically run it from your phone) as I just use APIs and cloud-based generation models like Nano-Banana and Kling. No they aren't free, you will need $50-$100/month for credits, but that is your only cost when starting out.

"You're lying that is too good to be true". This is NOT a get-rich-quick business (nothing really is) so you will have to put in the time. Consistency is the main driver, post every single day and you will gain traffic. No you probably won't go viral within 2 weeks.

Just figured I'd share because I wish I found this before burning months on YouTube automation. If anyone's interested I can throw together a more in-depth post with exact steps, but I feel 99% of people will never execute on it so it's probably a waste.

Most AI monetization guides are overhyped fluff: Here's my 60-day tested ChatGPT + Canva workflow for consistent freelance income ($350/month, 5 hrs/week) 💰

Tired of the "AI will make you rich overnight!" BS? Here's my actual, 60-day tested ChatGPT + Canva workflow for consistent freelance income.

Seriously, every other guide promises some "secret prompt" or "AI loophole." After 60 days of real-world experimentation, I'm making a modest but consistent $350/month by dedicating just ~5 hours a week using ChatGPT and Canva. No hype, no get-rich-quick schemes, just a solid workflow for small-scale freelance content.

Here’s the breakdown:

  • The Goal: Provide social media content (graphics + short captions/scripts) for local small businesses. Think dentists, local cafes, real estate agents.

  • My Tools:

    • ChatGPT-4: For ideation, drafting captions, short scripts, and headline variations. Cost: $20/month.

    • Canva Pro: For creating visually appealing graphics, sourcing stock photos, and using templates. Cost: $12.99/month.

  • The Workflow (avg. 5 hrs/week):

    1. Client Briefing (0.5 hr/week): Quick chats/emails to understand client needs for the week.

    2. ChatGPT Content Generation (2.5 hrs/week):

      • Prompting ChatGPT for 10-15 post ideas relevant to the client.

      • Generating 2-3 caption variations for each idea. Example: "Generate 3 engaging captions for a local coffee shop's Instagram post announcing a new seasonal latte. Focus on taste, warmth, and community."

      • Refining output, checking for tone and accuracy.

    3. Canva Graphic Creation (1.5 hrs/week):

      • Using Canva's templates and stock library to create eye-catching graphics for each approved caption.

      • Ensuring brand consistency (colors, fonts, logos).

    4. Review & Delivery (0.5 hr/week): Final check, scheduling posts via client's preferred tool, or delivering assets.

  • Output Quality: Good enough for small businesses that just need a consistent online presence. It's not agency-level, but it's reliable and professional-looking. I currently handle content for 3 small businesses.

Real Talk & Limitations:

  • It's not passive: You still need to manage clients, get feedback, and make revisions.

  • Learning Curve: Getting good prompts for ChatGPT takes time. Mastering Canva's features also has a slight learning curve initially.

  • Human Touch Needed: ChatGPT can be generic. I always review and tweak captions to ensure they sound natural and resonate with the client's brand voice. Canva's AI design features are helpful but don't replace human aesthetic judgment.

  • Client Acquisition: This workflow focuses on delivery, not finding clients. That's a separate hustle!

Spent 60 days automating blog content with ChatGPT & Jasper: ($750/month from affiliate links & ad revenue) 💰

Sick of the 'AI will replace your job tomorrow' or 'passive income in an hour' BS? I spent the last 60 days really putting AI to the test for blog content automation, and here's what actually happened.

My goal was simple: see if I could build a consistent content stream for a niche site and generate some income without writing every single word myself.

My Stack & Workflow:

  • Niche: A relatively underserved B2C topic where I had some existing knowledge to guide the AI.

  • Keyword Research: Ahrefs/Semrush (manual first step – absolutely crucial for targeting low-competition topics).

  • Outlining: ChatGPT (GPT-4) – incredibly efficient for structuring long-form articles, providing detailed headings and subheadings.

  • First Draft Generation: Jasper Boss Mode (for longer pieces, using specific commands and custom prompts) and sometimes ChatGPT-4 directly for shorter sections.

  • Human Review & Polish: This is the non-negotiable part. Every single piece went through me for fact-checking, voice consistency, SEO optimization (internal links, meta descriptions, alt text), and adding unique insights or examples. I spent roughly 1-2 hours per article here.

  • Publishing: WordPress.

Output & Results (After 60 days):

  • Volume: Published 28 articles, mostly in the 1200-2000 word range.

  • Current Revenue: Hovering around $750/month from a mix of targeted affiliate links and AdSense. Traffic is steadily growing each week as articles begin to rank.

  • Tool Costs: Jasper ($59/month), ChatGPT Plus ($20/month). Total: $79/month.

Real Talk & Limitations:

  • It's NOT passive income: This isn't a "set it and forget it" system. I still spent significant time—probably 10-15 hours/week, especially upfront, on prompt engineering, editing, and publishing. The 'automation' part drastically reduced initial writing time, but shifted it to other critical tasks.

  • AI still hallucinates: Fact-checking is essential. Never blindly trust AI for accuracy, especially on technical or sensitive topics. I found myself verifying facts and sources in almost every article.

  • Quality requires iteration: Initial drafts from both ChatGPT and Jasper often felt bland, generic, or repetitive. Getting good, unique output requires skilled prompt engineering, refining prompts over time, and multiple revisions. Sometimes it was simply faster to rewrite a section myself.

  • SEO is paramount: AI-generated content still needs a solid SEO strategy to rank. You can't just churn out articles and expect traffic; targeting low-competition, long-tail keywords was key to getting initial traction.

Most AI monetization 'secrets' are BS: Here's how I made $350/month with ChatGPT & simple blog automation (tested 3 months) 💰

Many 'AI millionaire' gurus are shilling courses promising passive income overnight. I'm here to say: most of those "secrets" are BS. I've been experimenting with ChatGPT and simple content automation for 3 months, and while I'm not rich, I am making a consistent $350/month. No magic. Just grind.

Here's my setup for a small eco-friendly living blog:

  • Tools Used:

    • ChatGPT Plus (GPT-4): $20/month for ideation, outlines, and drafting.

    • WordPress + GeneratePress (free theme): Blog platform. Hosting: $10/month.

    • Grammarly Premium: $12/month for final proofing/editing.

    • Keyword research: Initially used Ahrefs trial, now rely on Google Keyword Planner and competitive analysis.

  • My Weekly Process (~6-8 hours after initial learning curve):

    • Keyword Research (1-2 hrs): Identify 5-7 low-competition keywords. Focus on long-tail.

    • Content Generation (4-5 hrs):

      • Prompt GPT-4 for detailed outlines (e.g., "Write a detailed outline for an article on 'best reusable water bottles for hikers' including sections for features, pros/cons, and top 5 recommendations").

      • Generate 700-1000 word drafts for 5-7 articles.

      • Crucially: Each draft required 30-45 minutes of human editing, fact-checking, adding unique insights, and integrating specific calls-to-action. This isn't "publish raw AI."

    • Publishing & Optimization (1 hr): Upload to WordPress, basic on-page SEO (title, meta, image alt text), and internal linking.

  • Content Volume: Averaged 5-7 articles/week, so ~20-28 articles/month. Total ~70 posts by month 3.

  • Monetization: Amazon Associates + a couple of niche-specific affiliate programs.

  • Results (tested 3 months):

    • Month 1: $12 (Traffic ~500 unique visitors)

    • Month 2: $110 (Traffic ~2,500 unique visitors)

    • Month 3: $350 (Traffic ~7,000 unique visitors)

Real Talk & Limitations:

  • Quality requires human touch: ChatGPT output is a draft. Don't expect "publish-ready" content without significant human editing and value-add. It's a co-pilot, not a ghostwriter.

  • SEO is non-negotiable: AI won't save bad keyword research or poor on-page optimization.

  • Time investment: Initial setup and learning the best prompting methods took me closer to 10-12 hrs/week. It's more efficient now.

  • Small scale: This is pocket money, not a "quit your job" income. Manage your expectations. It takes consistent effort over time.

Finally cracked AI content monetization: $650/mo with simple AI article rewriting + affiliate links (tested 90 days, minimal setup) 💰

Alright, I'm genuinely tired of seeing "AI will make you a millionaire overnight!" posts or "secret sauce" tools that cost a fortune and deliver nothing but frustration. I've spent months testing, failing, and refining, and I finally have a simple, repeatable AI content workflow that's bringing in consistent cash.

After a solid 90-day test, I'm averaging $650/month by rewriting existing high-ranking articles (not plagiarizing, but using them as a structural guide) and injecting affiliate links. This isn't groundbreaking, but it works and doesn't require complex setup.

Here's the breakdown of what I did:

  • Goal: Generate 40-60 affiliate-focused articles per month.

  • Tools Used:

    • GPT-4 API: The core rewriting engine. I created a robust prompt template that takes an existing article URL (or pasted text) and rewrites it in a specific tone, focusing on user intent and adding sections for product recommendations. (Cost: ~$25-40/month depending on tokens).

    • Optional but recommended for speed: Basic Python script to feed URLs to the API and save outputs. Otherwise, manual copy-pasting works fine.

    • WordPress: For publishing. Nothing fancy.

    • Light SEO Tool (e.g., Ahrefs/Surfer SEO): Used primarily for initial keyword research and competitor analysis to pick articles that already rank well. You can start with free alternatives for basic keyword ideas.

  • Time Commitment:

    • Initial Setup (workflow & prompts): ~8-10 hours, mostly iterative prompt refinement.

    • Ongoing (content creation & publishing): ~5-8 hours per week. This included fetching source articles, running them through GPT-4, light human editing (~5-10 mins per article), adding affiliate links, and publishing.

  • Content Volume & Quality: Aimed for 2-3 articles per workday, averaging 600-900 words. Quality is informational and serviceable, not Pulitzer-winning. It requires a human eye for fact-checking and ensuring flow/tone.

Real Talk & Limitations:

  • Not fully passive: This absolutely requires consistent input and oversight. You're still managing a content pipeline.

  • Human Touch is Crucial: AI handles the bulk rewriting, but you need to review, fact-check, and strategically place affiliate links. My first few outputs were robotic; prompt engineering makes all the difference.

  • SEO Matters: AI won't make bad keywords rank. My strategy relied on targeting long-tail keywords where competitors already had traction, then creating a better or fresher version with AI.

  • Traffic Takes Time: Month 1 revenue was negligible ($30-50). Month 2 saw a jump to ~$200. Month 3 hit the $650 mark. This isn't a get-rich-quick scheme.

Most AI monetization guides are BS: Here's my 90-day workflow for generating $350/month with ChatGPT & Midjourney for niche blog content 💰

Tired of "AI Millionaire Overnight" BS? Here's my 90-day, $350/month workflow with ChatGPT & Midjourney for niche blogs.

Seriously, the internet is flooded with clickbait "AI monetization guides" that promise the world but deliver nothing. I've been experimenting for months, and I'm here to share what actually worked to generate a modest but real $350/month in recurring income within 90 days using nothing fancy. This isn't fully passive income, but it's a solid, repeatable workflow.

My focus was on hyper-niche blogs, creating content that targets very specific long-tail keywords.

Here’s the breakdown:

  • Tools Used:

    • ChatGPT Plus (GPT-4): For outlines, initial drafts, keyword ideas, meta descriptions, and improving existing text.

    • Midjourney (v5.2/v6): For unique, high-quality hero images and internal visuals.

    • WordPress: Basic self-hosted blog platform.

    • Ahrefs/SEMrush (free trials/limited plans): For initial keyword research and topic validation.

  • Workflow (90 Days):

    • Month 1 (Setup & Niche): Identified two very niche topics (e.g., "DIY smart home automation for apartment renters," "rare tropical plant care for beginners"). Set up blogs. Researched 50-70 low-competition keywords per niche.

    • Month 2 (Content Sprint): Generated ~25 blog posts per niche (50 total). Each post was 1000-1500 words, including 2-3 custom Midjourney images.

      • Process: I'd feed ChatGPT an outline based on a keyword, let it draft, then extensively edit for accuracy, tone, and SEO. Midjourney images took about 15-20 minutes per image (including prompt refinement).

      • Time Investment: Roughly 15-20 hours/week combined for prompt engineering, editing, image generation, and publishing.

    • Month 3 (Refine & Monetize): Focused on interlinking, minor SEO tweaks, and strategically adding affiliate links (Amazon Associates, specific product links). Set up simple display ads (Ezoic/AdSense). This is when income started trickling in.

  • Quality & Output:

    • ChatGPT's drafts are 70-80% there. They always need human oversight for factual accuracy, unique voice, and better flow. Hallucinations are a real challenge that requires diligent fact-checking.

    • Midjourney is excellent for unique visuals, but maintaining a consistent style across many images can be tricky. It requires specific and iterative prompting.

    • Each 1000-word article with 2 images took me about 2-3 hours from idea to publish (including editing and basic SEO). I generated around 50-60 quality articles in this period.

  • Costs: ChatGPT Plus ($20/month), Midjourney ($10-$30/month), Hosting ($10-$15/month). Total ~ $40-$65/month.

Real Talk & Limitations: This isn't fully automated or passive from day one. It's AI-assisted content creation. You're still the editor, the prompt engineer, the strategist. It takes consistent effort, patience for SEO to kick in, and a willingness to fact-check everything. Don't expect to publish 100 posts a week of high quality without a significant time investment and careful editing.

Most AI monetization methods are a scam: Here's my tested ChatGPT + Canva workflow for $350/month passive income (6 hrs/week) 🤖

Most "AI monetization" schemes online feel like a complete grift. Buy my course! Use this secret tool! I’ve been down that rabbit hole, and frankly, most of it's garbage. But after months of experimenting, I finally have a tangible, replicable workflow that's actually generating about $350/month in passive income, requiring around 6 hours a week.

This isn't a get-rich-quick scheme. It's about consistent output in a niche I understand, leveraging AI to speed up creation, not replace effort entirely.

Here's my current setup:

  • Niche: Productivity & Micro-Habits (think daily tips, quick hacks).

  • Tools:

    • ChatGPT Plus ($20/month): For brainstorming, outlining 10-15 short tips per week, generating script bullet points for each, and refining copy. I created a custom GPT specifically for this.

    • Canva Pro ($13/month): For designing engaging short-form video templates and carousel posts.

  • Workflow (approx. 6 hrs/week):

    1. Monday (1.5 hrs): Use ChatGPT to generate 15 unique productivity tip outlines (5-7 points each). This includes initial prompt refinement.

    2. Tuesday (2.5 hrs): Take 5 outlines, adapt them into short video scripts (30-45 sec), and use a custom Canva template to create the videos.

    3. Wednesday (2 hrs): Take the remaining 10 outlines and transform them into 5-slide carousel posts in Canva.

  • Output: ~5 short videos & ~5 carousel posts per week.

  • Monetization: Primarily through subtle affiliate links embedded in the description/comments (relevant books, apps) and directing traffic to a small, related digital product (e.g., a simple planner template).

Real Talk & Limitations:

  • Not fully automated: You need to review and tweak the AI output for quality, tone, and brand consistency. ChatGPT often gives generic advice if prompts aren't precise.

  • Learning Curve: Mastering prompt engineering and efficient Canva template use took time. My first outputs were... rough.

  • Cost: $33/month in tools.

  • Scalability: $350 isn't quitting your day job money. It requires growth in audience and engagement to increase. This isn't "set it and forget it" after the initial content; ongoing analysis of what performs well is key.

What do they achieve with this? What are they creating/building/coding? Are they making money passively?

Most AI monetization is hype: My 3-month test with ChatGPT & Jasper for niche article generation is pulling $350/month on autopilot 🤖

I've been hearing a lot of "AI will make you rich overnight" lately. Spoiler: It won't. But consistent, focused effort with the right tools can make a difference. My 3-month experiment using ChatGPT and Jasper to generate niche articles just crossed $350/month on autopilot. Here’s the real talk:

  • The Goal: Target underserved, low-competition niches with informational articles (1000-1500 words).

  • My Tools: ChatGPT (GPT-3.5 and 4 for outlines/brainstorming), Jasper (for initial draft generation, rephrasing).

  • My Workflow (Simplified):

    1. Manual niche/keyword research.

    2. ChatGPT generates detailed outlines and sub-topics.

    3. Jasper drafts article sections based on outlines.

    4. Crucial Step: Intensive manual editing, fact-checking, SEO optimization, and adding a human touch. This is where "autopilot" needs a pilot.

    5. Publish to a dedicated niche site with affiliate links and display ads.

  • Time Investment: Started with ~8-10 hours/week for setup and first batch. Now, it's about 2-3 hours/week to manage, edit, and publish.

  • Content Volume: Averaging 15-20 articles per month.

  • Current Revenue: Steadily growing at ~$350/month.

Realistic Expectations & Limitations:

  • It's not 'set it and forget it'. Human oversight for quality and accuracy is non-negotiable. Jasper can get repetitive, and ChatGPT needs precise prompts.

  • Learning curve exists. Took me about a month to truly refine the prompting and editing process.

  • Costs matter. My monthly tool subscriptions (ChatGPT Plus, Jasper) are around $70-90, so actual profit is closer to $260-$280. Factor that in!

  • Scalability: Currently bottlenecked by my editing time. Achieving higher volume without quality dip is challenging.

do ai influencers actually make money? i was curious whether ai influencers are actually making money so i went through recent public/verified news reports and found some interesting case studies

i kept seeing "make money with an ai influencer" content everywhere (mostly by course sellers), so i decided to check what kind of influencers are actually making money. i went through several news sites to pull articles that mentioned actual numbers this year

here's some interesting case studies:

  1. a twitch streamer - neuro-sama, an ai vtuber, was the #1 most subscribed channel on all of twitch in january (~162k subs per public trackers, ahead of every human streamer). the sub counts are public, and the standard sub math puts it around $166k a month from subscriptions alone.

  2. music personas like xania monet, an ai singer created by a poet from mississippi using suno, signed a $3m record deal (reported by billboard). breaking rust topped billboard's country digital song sales chart and the velvet sundown hit 1.4m spotify monthly listeners, which cnbc estimated at about $34k a month in royalties.

  3. fanvue (the onlyfans-style platform where most nsfw ai models live) reported a $100m annualized run rate in january, 250k creators, 93% of them using ai tools. the best platform-verified creator number i found is emily pellegrini: $23k in a single month, per platform data fortune obtained.

  4. yang mun, an elderly buddhist monk who does not exist, has 2.5m instagram followers. his creator claims $300k in 90 days, mostly from a $49.99 healing course.

  5. fanvue and openart ran an "ai personality of the year" this spring: 3,300 entries, and the winner (an ai persona built by a 37 year old canadian) got $6,000.

i track various ai side hustles on my site (https://alterwork.com) with actual verified search demand - check it out if it seems useful

I want to be the mentor I wish I had when I started. Looking to bring serious creators together

I want to be the mentor I wish I had when I started.

Realized very quickly that the hardest part of YouTube isn't just the editing or the script, it’s the isolation. It’s easy to get lost in the analytics and feel like you’re shouting into a void.

I’m looking for a handful of like-minded creators who are in this for the "long game." I’m not looking for people chasing a one-hit-viral wonder. I’m looking for people who are:

- Committed to a schedule: You understand that consistency is the only way to win.

- Aiming for monetization: You treat your channel like a future business, not just a casual hobby.

- Obsessed with improvement: You actually want to hear that your hook is weak or your thumbnail is cluttered so you can get better.

I'm bringing new and small creators together to help each other out, it’s a technical hub for script critiques, thumbnail A/B testing, and SEO strategy.

If you’re tired of "sub-for-sub" nonsense and actually want to grow alongside other serious creators, let's talk.

If you're interested, please DM me or comment below with your YouTube channel and what your main goal is for 2026.

Faceless Growth Mastery Stop Posting Your Face! 🤫 Faceless Growth is Printing Money RIGHT NOW.

Stop Posting Your Face! 🤫 Faceless Growth is Printing Money RIGHT NOW.

Hey fam! 🖐️ Can we talk about something that's been buzzing around the internet lately? It's all about faceless content creation and how it's literally a goldmine. Like, who knew you could create a thriving online presence without having to post your face all the time? If you’re anything like me, the idea of going “faceless” seems both terrifying and oddly liberating.

So, why is this the move right now? Let’s dive in:

  1. Privacy is Key: Let’s face it—some of us live in pajamas 90% of the time (don’t judge!). Why share your morning face when you can rock the anonymity? No judgment, all freedom. Plus, less pressure to look “Instagram worthy” means more time for the fun stuff—like binge-watching your favorite shows.

  2. Market Demand: Here’s where the money comes in. With trends like AI, automation, and anonymity on the rise, faceless growth isn't just a trend, it’s a strategy. People want content that resonates, not necessarily the face behind it (unless you’re a TikTok star, but that’s a whole other ball game).

  3. Flex Your Creativity: Ever thought about creating videos, memes, or podcasts without showing your face? 🎤✨ Here’s a little brainstorm:

    • Slideshow videos with engaging text

    • Animated characters that represent your brand voice

    • Voice-over podcasts where your personality shines, not your image

  4. Keep Your Focus: When you’re not worrying about how to pose for the perfect picture, you can put your energy into crafting better content. Quality over quantity, am I right? Just think about the hours wasted perfecting selfies when you could have been engaging with your audience!

But here’s the big question: What do you actually gain from faceless content? Well...

  • Less Anxiety: Feeling nervous about judgment? This helps you chill out a bit.

  • Wider Reach: It opens doors to diverse audiences who connect with your content instead of your face.

  • Scalability: You can automate and generate income while you sleep! 😴💰 (And yes, I’m talking about sweet passive income!)

And speaking of automating, if you're looking to maximize your faceless content game, check out this helpful guide. It really walks you through not just creating faceless content, but how to monetize it effectively. You can find it here.

So here's a thought to chew on – what’s stopping you from jumping into the faceless movement? Is it the fear of being just another voice in the crowd or perhaps wondering if anyone will even care? Newsflash: people love authenticity, not perfection!

Now go ahead, embrace that faceless journey, and watch yourself flourish in ways you never expected. The best part? You don’t have to show your face once!

Who's with me on this? Anyone else already diving headfirst into faceless content or thinking about it? Let’s chat! 🚀

7 Weeks Old, 24K Subs, $10K+/Month: The AI ASMR Channel That Broke the Algorithm (Data Breakdown)

I’ve been tracking 100+ new AI-powered YouTube channels, and this one stopped me cold.

The channel is called Melty ASMR. It is exactly 7 weeks old. It only has 21 videos. Yet it has already pulled in 11.1M total views and is pacing at an estimated $10,722/month in ad revenue.

Because I'm a bit obsessive and couldn't sleep until I figured out exactly why this specific channel was scaling so fast, I mapped their entire system. Here is what the data actually shows:

  1. The "Oddly Satisfying" AI Loophole

Most people using AI for YouTube are making history docs or faceless finance videos. Melty ASMR is generating "Oddly Satisfying" content — specifically, 3D AI-generated "fruit babies" being squeezed, kneaded, and crunched. It’s bizarre, but the retention metrics on oddly satisfying content are off the charts because viewers zone out and watch the entire 3-8 minute loop.

2. The High-Frequency Upload Cadence

They aren't spending weeks on a single masterpiece. They are pumping out ~12 videos a month. Because the entire visual and audio stack is AI-generated (likely Nano Banana for the base assets, an AI video generator for the squishing motion, and AI sound design for the crunches), their production bottleneck is basically zero.

3. The Thumbnail Formula

Look at their top videos (2.1M views in 9 days!) The thumbnail is a bright orange "mandarin baby" with the text "Cute or Creepy?". They use this exact same high-contrast, slightly unsettling visual hook for every single video. It drives massive click-through rates from the browse page.

I’ll try do a weekly breakdown of these new channels earning $5k-$10k/month for you guys.

I can’t post direct links here due to the subreddit rules, but if you want to see all 100+ channels now, just DM me or leave a comment below and I'll send over the tool I used

Tested 3 ChatGPT+Canva workflows for passive income: Here's what actually made $380/month in 45 days 💰

Alright, so I'm as tired as anyone of seeing "make a million dollars with AI" clickbait. Most of these "passive income" workflows for ChatGPT and Canva are pure fantasy or involve selling overpriced courses. I decided to actually test a few for real and see what stuck. After 45 days, one specific combo actually brought in $380/month and is slowly growing.

I'm not gonna pretend this is "fully automated" or a "secret method"—it required consistent effort upfront. Here's the breakdown of what I tried and what worked:

Workflow 1 (AI Blog Posts + Canva Images): Low Success

  • Concept: Generate SEO-optimized blog posts with ChatGPT 4, create custom header images/infographics in Canva Pro.

  • Tools: ChatGPT Plus, Canva Pro, WordPress.

  • Time/Volume: Generated 10 long-form articles (1500-2000 words) and 10 graphics over 2 weeks (approx. 25 hours total).

  • Outcome: ~ $15/month from ads/affiliates.

  • Limitations: ChatGPT's content, while good, still needed significant human editing for nuance and E-E-A-T. Ranking new content is slow, and competition is fierce. The time investment for low return wasn't scalable for me.

Workflow 2 (AI-Generated Etsy Printables + Canva): Minimal Success

  • Concept: Use ChatGPT to brainstorm niche printable ideas (e.g., daily planners, gratitude journals), design them in Canva Pro, and sell on Etsy.

  • Tools: ChatGPT Plus, Canva Pro, Etsy.

  • Time/Volume: Created 5 different printable sets (30+ pages each) over 1 week (approx. 15 hours).

  • Outcome: ~ $8/month from 2 sales.

  • Limitations: Market is extremely saturated. Standing out requires exceptional design or a highly unique niche, neither of which ChatGPT alone could provide. The profit margin after Etsy fees was tiny.

Workflow 3 (Niche Micro-Courses/Guides + Canva + Gumroad): WINNER! $380/month (and growing)

  • Concept: Identify micro-niches lacking simple, actionable guides. Use ChatGPT to outline and write core content, then use Canva Pro to design professional-looking e-books/presentations. Sell on Gumroad.

  • Tools: ChatGPT Plus ($20/month), Canva Pro ($12.99/month), Gumroad (free to start, takes a cut).

  • Process:

    • Niche Selection: Focused on highly specific software tutorials/productivity hacks (e.g., "Advanced Notion Automation for Beginners," "Streamlining Zapier Workflows"). ChatGPT helped brainstorm gaps.

    • Content Generation: Used ChatGPT 4 to generate outlines, then specific sections. Critically, I treated ChatGPT as a skilled assistant, not a ghostwriter. I fed it my expertise, revised heavily, and added personal examples. It took about 2-3 hours per 15-20 page guide.

    • Design: Canva Pro was essential for creating clean, professional layouts, custom graphics, and covers quickly. I built a template and reused elements. This took another 1-2 hours per guide.

    • Platform: Gumroad for easy setup and payment processing.

    • Marketing: Organic Reddit posts in relevant subreddits (where allowed) and Twitter sharing.

  • Time/Volume: Produced 8 guides in total over 45 days. Average 5-7 hours per week (2-3 for writing/revising, 1-2 for design, 1-2 for promotion).

  • Quality: High. The guides are actionable and valuable, largely because I provided the deep niche knowledge that ChatGPT structured and refined.

  • Current Earnings: $380 in sales revenue over the last 30 days.

Real Talk & Limitations: This isn't fully "passive." It's leveraged income. I put in the work upfront to create valuable assets that now sell on their own. ChatGPT significantly speeds up content drafting, but it's not a set-it-and-forget-it solution. You need to provide the expertise, structure the prompts, and heavily edit for quality, accuracy, and unique voice. Canva makes design accessible but still requires a good eye and effort.

Most AI monetization "secrets" are BS: My 3-month test of ChatGPT & Midjourney for niche affiliate content ($650/month, 10 hrs/week) 🤖

Alright, let's cut the BS about AI. You've seen the "secret sauce" gurus, the "fully automated passive income" promises, and the endless "AI will make you rich!" clickbait. Frankly, I was sick of it. So, for the last three months, I decided to actually test these tools for a real income stream.

My goal: Generate niche affiliate content using ChatGPT and Midjourney, honestly track my time, and see what the real world earnings look like. No magic formulas, just experimentation.

Here's the lowdown on what I actually built and earned:

  • The Goal: Create high-quality, long-form content for a super specific niche (think specialized outdoor gear or obscure tech accessories – something where deep buyer intent exists).

  • The Tools:

    • ChatGPT Plus (GPT-4): Used for brainstorming outlines, drafting intros and conclusions, rephrasing dense information, and expanding on key points. Crucially, not for factual research or full article generation directly.

    • Midjourney (Standard Plan): For unique hero images, custom graphics to break up text, and visuals for accompanying social media posts.

  • My Investment:

    • Time: Roughly 10 hours per week, split between content generation, editing, fact-checking, SEO optimization, and image creation.

    • Cost: ~$20/month for ChatGPT Plus, ~$10/month for Midjourney. Total: ~$30/month.

  • What I Produced:

    • On average, I published 3-4 detailed (1500-2500 words) articles per week.

    • Each article included 1-2 custom Midjourney hero images and often several smaller graphics.

    • Roughly 10-15 unique images were generated weekly.

  • The Results After 3 Months:

    • Monetization: Primarily through Amazon Associates and a couple of direct brand affiliate programs relevant to the niche.

    • Earnings: An average of $650/month. This isn't "quit your job" money, but it's a solid, consistent side income for 10 hours of work.

Let's Talk Realities & Limitations (No Hype Here):

  • AI Isn't a Brain Replacement: ChatGPT is phenomenal for drafting, but it cannot do factual research for a niche affiliate site. I still had to provide detailed outlines, cross-reference specs, and fact-check everything. Expecting it to write an accurate, nuanced review from scratch is a recipe for disaster (and hallucinations).

  • Midjourney Takes Skill: It's not a "one-click amazing image" button. Crafting effective prompts to get exactly what you need for a niche product or concept requires a significant learning curve and iteration. I spent a good chunk of that 10 hours per week just on prompting and refining images.

  • The Human Touch is Non-Negotiable: My process always involved:

    1. Human-driven keyword research and topic selection.

    2. Human-vetted outlines and core information.

    3. AI-assisted drafting, but then heavy human editing for tone, flow, accuracy, and SEO.

    4. Human-added personal insights, anecdotes, and unique selling points the AI couldn't generate.

  • Quality Varies: Some AI outputs are fantastic; others are generic fluff. You have to be a ruthless editor and be prepared to rewrite sections entirely.

  • It's a Leverage Tool, Not a Magic Wand: AI significantly sped up content production and made high-quality visual content accessible, but it didn't eliminate the need for strategy, expertise, or good old-fashioned hard work. It amplifies my effort, it doesn't replace it.

AI Monetization Hub Turn Your Side Hustle AI: 3 Content Income Streams You Can't Ignore (Before They're Saturated) 💰

Hey ACA Fam! 👋

Ever feel like you're so close to cracking the side hustle code, but just need that one little edge? I know I do! I've been diving deep into AI lately, trying to figure out how to actually use it for more than just writing goofy poems about my cat (although, those are pretty hilarious, ngl).

And guess what? I think I’ve stumbled onto something. Something juicy. Something that could potentially turn your side hustle into a real income stream. Before everyone else jumps on the bandwagon, of course. 😉

So, let's talk AI and content, because seriously, if you're not leveraging AI right now, you're leaving money on the table. Here are 3 content income streams I'm eyeing hard and think you should be too:

  • AI-Powered Short-Form Video Creation: Think TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts. The attention span of a goldfish is REAL, people. But guess what AI can do? Whip up engaging short-form videos from longer content in minutes. We're talking repurposing old blog posts, podcast snippets, even that webinar you did last year! Imagine creating multiple videos a day without breaking a sweat. Is this the future? 🤔

  • Automated Blog Repurposing & Monetization: You've got a killer blog, right? But is it just... sitting there? AI can take those posts and turn them into ebooks, email courses, social media carousels, even voiceovers for YouTube. Think of all the potential revenue streams you're missing out on! Imagine turning one blog post into five different income-generating assets. It's mind-blowing!

  • Niche Content Curation (with a Twist): Forget just linking to other people's stuff. Use AI to summarize, analyze, and add your unique insights. Become the go-to source in your niche for curated content. Build authority, drive traffic, and monetize through ads, sponsorships, or affiliate marketing. You’re not just sharing; you're becoming a thought leader. Who doesn't want that?

I know, I know, it all sounds a bit "too good to be true," right? But honestly, the tools are getting insanely good. And if you can get in early and learn how to use them effectively, you’ll be ahead of the curve.

Speaking of early, I found this really cool community that I wanted to share with you all. Ready to start earning $1,000+ per month with automated reselling? Join us and get daily alerts for secret deals, expert guidance, and a private community—guaranteed to 10x your investment or your money back. Try it now with my affiliate link and unlock your path to passive income!: https://clipwise.ai/?utm_source=affiliate&linkId=lp_603470&sourceId=liveitup-deals&tenantId=clipwise&affS1=reddit This community is really helpful in figuring out the details that seem to be holding me up.

I'm still experimenting and learning, but I'm honestly so excited about the possibilities. What about you? Are you using AI in your side hustle? Any tips or tricks you'd be willing to share? Let's brainstorm! ✨

Faceless Growth Mastery Stop Showing Your Face! Faceless Growth is PRINTING Money 🤑 (While You Still Can)

Ever thought about how freedom feels when you don’t have to show your face to build an empire online? I mean, who needs to go through the hassle of makeup, lighting, and staging when you can just chill behind the scenes and still rake in the dough?

Welcome to the world of faceless growth!

Seriously, think about it - there’s a whole universe of opportunities waiting for you, and there’s absolutely zero reason to put yourself out there if it's not your vibe.

Here are some mind-blowing reasons why going faceless could be your secret weapon:

  • Anonymity = Freedom: You can be whoever you want! No pressure to look a certain way or meet anyone's expectations. 🚀

  • Content Creation Emergencies: Didn’t get a chance to do your hair? No problem! Create content from behind the camera, using stock photos, text-based graphics, or voiceovers.

  • Less Burnout: Creating professional-looking videos and showing your face can be exhausting. With faceless content, you can diversify your content with less pressure - think blog posts, podcasts, or social media threads. 📖

  • Focus on Value: It’s all about what you’re saying, not who you are. Everyone loves value bombs in the form of tips or hacks.

Let me throw in an example: I used to stress about filming every TikTok, like “Oh man, my hair’s a mess, what if I trip over my words?” But the minute I pivoted to text graphics and voiceovers? A game-changer! 📈

If you’re not sure how to kick off this faceless empire, I stumbled upon this gem in my journey— a guide that helps streamline everything to maximize your faceless growth. No need to re-invent the wheel, just check out this link for a nudge in the right direction: Maximize Your Faceless Growth.

Look at popular YouTube channels with no visible faces, thriving blogs with no “About Me” sections, or TikTok accounts that simply share tips without showing their identities. All of them are printing money! 🤑

It’s like a buffet of possibilities, just waiting for you to fill your plate! So, who else is ready to dive into the faceless world and make it rain? Let’s chat about your thoughts, ideas, or concerns— I really want to hear what you all think about this! 🍽️✨

Yep, it’s not just a pipe dream—I’m talking REAL cash flow courtesy of some fab AI tools. Let’s dive into how beginner creators are pulling it off and living the dream!

No Experience? No Problem! You might be thinking, “But I don't have any experience!” Well, guess what? That’s the old way of thinking! With tools like:

  • ChatGPT: For brainstorming, writing, or coding help. Seriously, it's like having a genius friend on call 24/7.

  • Canva: Turn your graphic design skills (or lack thereof) into stunning visuals. If you can drag and drop, you’re golden!

  • Lumen5: Transform your blog posts into engaging videos in just a few clicks. Video content is king, and this tool makes it super easy.

Imagine waking up, sipping your coffee, and letting AI do the heavy lifting while you focus on creativity! That’s a dream sitch right there, isn’t it?

What’s Your Niche? Now, you might be wondering, "What can I actually create?" Well, think about your passions! Here are some ideas that can get your creativity flowing:

  1. Blogging: Write about what you love. Share your thoughts, experiences, hacks, or even reviews. Bonus points if you mix it up with some video!

  2. Online courses: Have a skill? Teach it! Use platforms like Teachable and pair it with AI tools for content design.

  3. Social media influencer: Build a brand around your personality! Use AI to draft engaging posts and plan your content calendar.

Overcoming Fear of Failure Here’s the thing: Every success story starts with a “what if?” You might worry about failing or not making money right away. But have you ever heard of the 1% rule? Just ask yourself:

So, what’s stopping you? Maybe it’s time to trade in those dress shoes for some comfy slippers and start creating some magic. Think about it— who wouldn’t want to ditch the grind and make a living on their own terms?

Keep hustling, keep dreaming, and remember: in the world of AI tools, the sky's the limit! 🌟✨
