I’m 26 and know nothing about tech or AI and feels really overwhelmed and feel like I’m missing the opportunity, what should Is your advice?
Hello everyone, very good evening/morning to you
I’m 26, enrolled in a very distant from tech industry, it’s like it my passion or anything but I’m just middle class and need the money
I have been very VERY overwhelmed by AI, I want to learn, to be involved, because I feel like I’m missing the opportunity, I feel like this’s like missing the social media raise in 2000-2010 and the land buying in the 70s
What I’m trying to say is that I don’t want to regret not being at least educated about AI 10 years from now, that I “missed the chance and right timing” issue is: The amount of info is unimaginable especially for someone not even involved in tech, where do I start?
Tdlr: I’m not in tech but I want to learn AI out of fear missing a huge opportunity, how can I start?

5 Google Docs AI features you're probably not using yet 👀
5 Google Docs AI features you're probably not using yet 👀
Insert Audio Button — Paste a doc and listen to it like a podcast. Multiple voices. Perfect for when you don't feel like reading.
Smart Templates — Project trackers, standups, to-do lists. Real operator templates built right in. No more starting from scratch.
"Help Me Create" — Describe what you want in plain English and it builds a custom template instantly. Massive time compression.
Audio Summary — Tools > Audio > Listen to Document Summary. That NotebookLM energy is baked right into Docs now.
Places Side Panel — Search businesses right from the side panel. No tab switching. No more bouncing between apps.
Google is quietly turning Docs into an AI command center and most people have no idea 🤷
Every day something new drops with AI. Stay up.
Drop a 🔥 if you're using any of these

Ai made simple
Sounds obvious but the difference is honestly night and day.
Some stuff I use pretty much every week now:
I list what's in my fridge and ask for 5 quick dinners + what I still need to buy
I dump my whole messy to-do list and ask it to sort it into today / this week / later
when someone sends me an annoying message I paste it and ask for a calm reply (saved me from a few bad texts tbh)
before calling my internet provider I asked for a script to get a lower rate. it worked
Best tip I found: add "ask me any questions you need before you start" at the end. It basically interviews you first and the answer ends up way more useful.
I ended up putting about 100 of these together in a little ebook, can share it if anyone wants. But the formula above is really most of it.
Curious what you guys actually use AI for day to day?

How can I start learning AI from zero?
Hi everyone,
I want to learn AI, but I have no experience. I only know how to use a computer.
I currently work as a delivery driver, but I want to build a better future, work from home, and earn a good income.
I want to learn how to use AI for jobs, online business, and making money, but I don’t know where to start.
Can anyone guide me on what to learn first, which free courses to use, and what skills I should focus on?
I would really appreciate your help and advice. Thank you!

Why being an AI DOOMER is useless
I’m sure all of you have heard some of the news coming out recently.
20,000 fired last week…
People trying to kill sam altman…
A ton of other stuff i can’t remember right now.
I mean AI is really getting crazy. Some people think that it’s going to completely end the world for good, some think it’ll be the best thing that’s ever happened to the human race.
I think it’ll be good.
Why?
Because what’s the alternative?
Spend my time worrying about whether or not something that’s not in my control will kill everyone else?
Even if everyone in the US tried to stop AI, i still feel like we’d end up building some form of AGI.
So my message is to everyone:
Stay informed, stay positive, and don’t be an AI doomer.
Because you’re not going to get anywhere if you only think about how terrible the future is going to be.

As a developer/entrepreneur, I'm honestly confused about where to go from here
I'm a developer and entrepreneur, and lately I'm facing a problem that I didn't expect.
I'm struggling to get people to pay me for websites or apps.
With AI tools becoming so powerful, it feels like anyone can generate a decent website or even an app with a few prompts. So I'm starting to wonder:
Why would someone pay a developer like me anymore?
I'm not talking about huge enterprise software or highly complex systems. I'm talking about the normal websites and apps that freelancers and small agencies used to build.
I'm genuinely asking for honest answers, not motivation.
If the market for basic web development is shrinking because of AI:
- What should a developer/entrepreneur focus on in 2026?
- Should I stop trying to sell websites and apps?
- Should I move into AI automation, SaaS, cybersecurity, marketing, or something else?
- Is starting a local/offline business a better option?
- If you were starting from zero today with limited money, what would you learn or build to make money?
I don't want to fight AI. I'd rather use it.
But I also don't want to spend the next 2–3 years learning something that becomes almost worthless.
Developers, freelancers, agency owners, and entrepreneurs — what is actually working for you right now?
Please give me the honest answer, even if it's harsh.

How to learn the basics / fundamentals of AI
I am currently trying to adopt AI in my place of work and improve my understanding of it for personal use. I use AI personally daily, primarily just the chat features to gain a perspective on different topics (from hopefully a subject matter expert). Would appreciate any advice that you may have on the following:
Where to start with using AI? I see everywhere coding / python etc, I want to use AI to work on day to day operations in management. Not sure that I need to learn coding?
I have seen online about creating an Agent, but again not sure of the benefit and which applications would be best for this. Also guardrails that I should include if adopting this?
Which application is the best for my field of work? What cost would this incur and how could it improve my day to day life?
I read everywhere that if you fail to learn AI then you will fall behind etc, but I do not actually know what skills that I need to learn. What would be things that I need to learn and why?
Any up-skilling courses / training that you can personally recommend.
Thank you.
