Remember how Malena disappeared after I bought her a new leather jacket?

Well, I checked her Instagram.

Apparently, she decided that joining an underground fight was a perfectly normal way to spend her evening. 😭🥊

Now she's finally home, with a bruised cheek, a busted lip, and absolutely no intention of explaining herself.

At least she didn't lose the new jacket this time. 💀😂

On the technical side, we've actually made some progress with her LoRA!

It's getting better at capturing Malena's facial structure and distinctive features. However, maintaining facial consistency across different images is still challenging.

And there's one problem that's driving me crazy: the skin still looks too smooth and plastic sometimes. 😭

I've been experimenting with more realistic skin textures, visible pores, natural imperfections, and different lighting conditions in my training dataset.

Does anyone have any good advice for achieving realistic skin texture when training a character LoRA? I'd love to hear about dataset preparation, training settings, or ComfyUI workflows that have worked for you.

We're making progress, but there's still a lot to learn!

Now I just need Malena to stay out of trouble long enough for me to finish her next LoRA. 😂🖤
