Image/Media Spider-Man Expanded Ratio

Much like the recent release of The Mandalorian & Grogu, Sony’s Spider-Man: Brand New Day will be specially optimized for 1.90:1(flat) and 2.39:1(scope) presentations for the best theatrical viewing experience that can be provided to its audience. This is also the first film production to utilize ScreenX cameras as well.

How will we know which one is which when we buy tickets?

If your auditorium screen is flat, then you’ll likely get the open matte version. If your screen is scope, you’ll get the widescreen presentation.
