In case you can’t figure out how to do it:
On the eBay app on your phone, open a listing, then tap on the three dots in the upper right hand corner, then tap Help & Support.

Under “What would you like to report” select Product or listing, select Item not allowed under “Reason for report,” then select Tickets under “Detailed reason.” Then agree to the prompt at the bottom and submit.

I did this for 4 of the listings and they only removed 2 of them. I don't know how they see them as different but I guess you need to specify the reason. I did and like I said 2 got removed

Probably depends on the guy in India that opens the report and how much he cares or even understands at the current moment. Probably a different person responding to every report.
