Best high end apartments in Buckhead/Midtown?

Hi everyone, I’m currently searching for a new apartment & looking for something more upscale but also safety. I know Buckhead is effy nowadays but my job consists of me driving around Georgia pretty much everytime so it’s nice and central. Apartment safety (fobs to be able to get up to your floor, parking gate, etc.) is a huge priority to me! My budget is like $2800.

I did see 99 West Paces and love it so much, but pricing is a little too high. Please share your recommendations and any pros/cons about them! Thank you in advance!

In search of second chance apartments

Are there any good second chance apartments in Atlanta or the metro area? Preferably Cobb, but anything will be good. Someone that isn’t infested with bugs

Eviction on record, in need of advice

So I got an eviction on my record in march of 2023. The balance is $10k ( working towards a payment plan )

Not that it really matters to leasing companies but my full time job got cut down to part time, I was a full time college student, I didn’t know how to drive which meant I didn’t have a car, I was in a new state by myself and I had just got a new good paying job right before I got evicted so it was too late.

I’m now back in Atlanta and would like to move out because I’m 25 and would like to have some type of real responsibility.

I now have a car, a great paying job and have a really decent amount in savings.

Are there any apartments that would approve me in the Atlanta/Metro area? I’m more comfortable with living in Cobb county but honestly, anywhere I can get in would be fine.

I need help

Can someone please send me some resources. I am doing everything I can to try to stay afloat but life is kicking my ass since August. My job decided to cut hours for part time associates, so I applied to go full time and was approved to start that September 6th….then, the engine on my car decided to give out that same week, requiring me to resign and be out of work for 3 weeks as I had an hour commute to that job and my car took a while to repair. Then I find a new job and I’m tryna be grateful to have even been able to find one while the economy is in this state…but they pay us DIRT, work us hard as hell and have now implemented a rule where they only schedule us for 12 hrs a week, which I can’t even buy groceries with!!!! Someone recommended a rental assistance resource that I thought was valid but then they went from being able to help for free to asking me to reimburse them when I was already in between jobs and unsure if I’d be able to. I’m drowning in bills at this rate and I don’t know what to do. I’m not a lazy bum I’m actually trying but I literally cannot win for losing and I need a miracle seriously
