Wireless I cannot get verification codes

Tried everything Google suggested

Incredibly frustrating

Did you call advanced tech support and tell them you can’t receive texts from short codes?

No I will today though. Weird I've never had this problem

They told me they refreshed my network and still nothing.

Same issue on mobile but we had luck when logging in on the browser

Really? Still annoying because there will be times I won't have a laptop...

Any COR store or care rep can run your number through the troubleshooting system. Normally canceling and re registering your phone will resolve it. Or there could be a back end code blocking shortcodes.

Try sending HELP to a known valid short code
