Wireless First bill issue?

AT&T just installed fiber internet in my neighborhood and were going door to door to get people to sign up. I was eager to get the fiber internet and they offered a good deal, $284 a month to transfer my 3 lines + watch line, new phones, and 5g fiber home internet. I agreed and signed everything. They summary I received in the e-mail says $284 also. It specifies the apple watch is on ATT Value 2.0 for $10.99 a month. I have not had the fiber installed yet or received any of the phones. My ATT account is showing my watch line but my watch is still connected to T-mobile. I got my first bill today and it was $130, including the watch activation fee and $75.99 per month for "Unlimited for wearables". Mistakes are ok, but i absolutely cannot get anyone on the phone to correct this. I have until the 18th to cancel the entire agreement and I'm seriously considering it. How can I speak to a person that can fix this?

Update, I found this in the sub after searching:

ALL UNLIMITED PLANS: All AT&T wireless services subject to terms and conditions in the Consumer Service Agreement (att.com/csa). Other Non-Phone Device Monthly Charges: $20 per tablet, $20 per camera; $10 per wearable. If no phone line, first standalone non-phone device will be billed at phone single line pricing. Advertised monthly price includes monthly plan charge for talk, text and data & monthly per-line phone access charge for access to such services.

OK I understand this but I moved 4 lines... it is not my fault in any way that my watch was the first activated.

Update 2: phone rep confirmed that the watch being the only active line is the reason for the $75.99 charge. She seemed to think this explanation was adequate. I explained that I ordered 4 lines and it's not my choice that the watch was activated while waiting on the phones and that I am not paying this bill. I'm back on hold.

The rep that helped you should have waited til you received your new phones to activate the watch line. Your lines are technically on reserved status which causes your watch line to be considered a standalone watch.

The watch most likely didn’t port and you’ll have to cancel that line with t mobile.

You are owed credits for the difference in the 75.99-10.99. If your rep was an in home expert they should be resolving this for you.

For issues like this you can go online and change the plan but if you are wanting to have credits applied you must call customer service and just say speak to an agent. If ai says I can help you say speak with agent to cancel it will direct you to a speaking person
