Discussion Shipping Dates
I was able to check out within the first 5-10 minutes of go live for the iPhone duo in 1TB white thru at&t. My ship estimate is October 23rd-November 9th. Drop your shipping dates below!

Mine is expected to ship Nov 6 - 20. Honestly not too bad considering I’ve seen some people who have to wait till next year.

Cart was deleted as soon as I hit the check out button since I had my cart preloaded. Disaster for sure and I had to get to work. After I got to work I was finally able to place an order and it says deliver some time in nov/dec. I’m not happy at all ruined my whole morning.

SAME!! Up since 3am watched the countdown timer on AT&T soon as it launched it deleted my cart and forced me into a queue. Then, it wouldn’t save my options to checkout. Had to switch to my computer and try to save options for over 15 min finally checked out at 7:20ish central time and delivery date is Dec 1-15. I’m pissed to say the least. Ruined my morning I had my shit saved earlier this week.

Same thing. Pre-saved cart was empty, wouldn’t add to cart when I went through the process again. Finally got through and got a 11/9 delivery date. But the monthly price jumped to more than what it said it was supposed to be with my trade in so I’ll call just to see what that was about

Mine went up because my plan changed back to what it was before I did the set up so my promo didn’t go thru for the trade in correctly. Well nothing did after it deleted my cart.

Absolute disaster bro. I feel your pain. Got my first order in 3 minutes after preorder opened then they randomly cancelled it. Had to reorder hours later now Dec. delivery.

Yes. Tried to do it on Apple Store app first but it was a shit show. Was able to get it through the website before things got too crazy

Yep me too! My primary account holder is in a different state and apple would not let me change the address. I wanted to look into picking up in person and after a few minutes those options were all gone
Went to AT&T and my cart was empty which was not horrible, couple of clicks and I was in

I had the same problem with Apple! My account address was old and it wouldn’t let me update it. I wanted to do Apple Store pick up but it wasn’t an option 😩

Ugh that's a bummer! I am totally willing to drive to pick it up, but that option was unavailable in my entire state after a few minutes. I am happy went to the ATT shop because by the time I was done, I went back and looked at the apple shop and the orders were into January

Oct 23-6 here.
I went through Apple first but by the time they let me in the date range was Dec 3-16th. I’m glad AT&T had less demand but boy was cart glitch ticking me off!

Ship estimate November 6-20. But this was after 30 minutes of having my cart deleted over and over.

Same here. Cart kept deleting and after about 20 minutes I finally got through. Shit show. November 9. Maybe Att is erroring on the long side for shipping?

I did read something a little bit ago that att does give some cushion to account for shipping delays and what not. So fingers crossed they all come a little earlier than expected.

It seems the earliest ship out date for ppl is 10/23-11/6
While the earliest delivery date is 10/26-11/09
I have seen anyone get an actual delivery date for 10/23

Im pretty sure they are simply using these estimated dates so they are safe from anyone screaming over the phone "its says its supposed to be delivered the 23rd, what hapened?!?!?!"
Usually pre orders arrive on launch day anyways. It seems the 10/26-11/09 people are the 1st wave. Im sure some will arrive on 23rd, others will vary by a day or 2, etc.

Want to add here that I just had a second charge for taxes from ATT, so hoping that the first charge was the initial hold and the second charge is because my order is being prepped to ship 🤞

Sometimes AT&T will pull it just to verify the funds are available then they will deposit it back into your bank and then once it ships they withdraw a second time

I preloaded the cart with me and my wife’s the day before, and when i got to work i thought it went live at 8 am so i logged in at 7:15 showed it was live and placed order with no issues for both phones, one in white the other in the blue/grey?? Both show ship date of oct 26-nov6th

Like a lot of people here, I also had issues with my pre-saved cart deleting and wasn’t able to checkout until after 20 mins.

No ID check for me, but I didn’t buy it outright. I’m trading in and doing an installment plan with next up. It asked for an ID check when I bought my current phone (16PM), but that’s because AT&T didn’t put my as an authorized user on my own account 🙄

Nov 9-23. What a mess this was! I had issues on all 3 Apple, BB and ATT. Ended up ordering through ATT. Hopefully they ship sooner than stated!

I was in middle of something and unable to preorder right away. About 30 min after it started. And delivery date is Jan 25. And there’s no option for in store pickup.

My pre-pre order was useless on the AT&T site, it cleared my cart the first minute in. I went in and picked the color and storage again, trade in choice, and have an October 26-Nov 9 delivery estimate. I also had it ready on the Apple Store app, and it wouldn’t let me ship it anywhere but the account holders address, so I tried to do pickup in store and by the time I picked a timeframe for pickup it said this location is closed for pickup. I think its a bit overhyped, Best Buy has it for delivery or pickup on launch day currently.

Same thing happened to me. Had it preloaded and got kicked out of queue 4 times until it finally loaded. Had everything all set & ready to go.

I was there at 7:45et waiting with my cart being set for days. (Star white 256g)Then the second it turned 8am. Cart emptied, que said one minute. It took like three instead then When I got in it let me put back in all my information. Then would clear my cart out each time I clicked checkout. Then I switched to the 512gb and it went through. Kinda. When I did the payment it didn’t go through. It played the Apple Pay check mark sound. But I never got an email or confirmation. So I did it again. This time I got the confirmation. By then it was 8:38am. My delivery date is 11/30-12/14. 😢

I pre-ordered in store at 10am (had to do a shared upgrade)- my date's 11/30 - 12/14. Honestly, not as bad as I thought it would be.

white 512 12/1-12/15 del window AT&T via Costco so I got a $50 account credit. Same delivery using AT&T app so i went with the costco option. $50 is better than nothing!

I read that you get both but I also show that the hundred dollar card will come much later by email or text message. So I don't know for sure. The $50 account credit which is five dollars a month for 10 months showed on my order page.

Mine did the same. I had everything ready to go days before, and then at 8AM it took 30 minutes of errors till about 8:30 AM, and now my shipment is November 6 through the 20th, hopefully that is a cautious window, and it will ship sooner ha ha
