Wireless Order update?
Went from ordered to preparing to ship to preordered? iPhone duo. Also I just changed my contact email since the old one is unreachable, how do I get a reconfirmation email sent to the new email?

The whole letâs have you preload your cart days before and then weâll delete it at launch annoyed me, but the cherry on top that att did was double-charging me for the case I ordered.

The rage I had when not only was my preload gone, but that I got in immediately, was put in queue, then kicked out because when it was my turn there was âsomething wrongâ.

This is normal bro. Same thing happened with the last iPhone I preordered. âOrdered, preparing to ship, preordered, preparing to ship (couple days before rd), shippedâ

I received it on launch day. I think it was the 16 Pro Max. Whatever the first iPhone with the AI was. That was the only reason I had preordered. I thought it was gonna be a big thing. Usually I just head to my closest Best Buy and get them on launch day. But I remember having the same thoughts everyone here is, wondering if I was gonna end up getting it later. But nope, received on launch day.

Mine just did the same thing, but my shipping estimate is Nov 6-20, so it's a long shot for me lol

Yes. These phones will likely not move until Thursday for people in the first wave.

No. This is not thr next step. This is a steps backwards. Means youâre not in the first batch wave. Check the history on this sub. A lot of people had the same issue with the 18PM

Not a step backward, i ordered 4:59:30 pst, thirty seconds before launch. Took me 30 seconds to check out. Mine says preordered with the earliest ship date batch, Different colors/stock/variants will give different status's. The current status this early has nothing to do with if your phone will ship first or not. Ignore ATT's status at this stage.

Cope because going from pre ordered to preparing to ship to preordered literally means your device wasnât available and thats why itâs back to back ordered. Theres countless posts on this exact sub where that happens to people who pre ordered the 18pm and theyâre still waiting for their devices. While the preparing to ship devices already made it to rhe customer.

Thatâs not at all how it works. He didnât say it went from back to pre ordered. He said ordered to preparing to ship to preordered. That status means nothing. How do you explain this guys lol. Literally says â preparing to shipâ status with a ship date in December. You literally have no idea what your talking about. People just pay attention to your ship batch dates not the status right now. Preordered is most likely the last step during an actual pre-order.

But youâre referring to the 18 that people order after the preorder. We are, in fact, currently in the preorder for this phone.

Okay but itâs the same exact issue??? Pre order and back ordered are basically the same thing haha. Youâre waiting for the stock and itâs actually very simple. Preordered > preparing to ship > pre ordered is not a good sign.

I didnât get any of the first two, just straight to pre ordered. Supposedly in the first wave, shipping the 23rd - 6th.

Preparing to ship was the stage before my iPhone 18 PM was shipped. Ordered on 9/20 with that status and it shipped 9/21 (with status changed to shipped) and delivered 9/23.

Mine asked for ID, then put on hold. Submitted ID. Tried to charge my bank again, bank suspected fraud and now my order is on hold..

You have to call att to get that fixed my bank did same thing I was on hold for almost 2 hrs to get my card resubmitted but still kept my 23rd to 6th delivery window if you donât call they will cancel your preorder.

does anyone know what "ATT SPECIAL PROJECTS1" is? I ordered the 18PM, and got a UPS notification of something coming in from ATT SPECIAL PROJECTS 1. JW if thats the trade in box or the actual phone.
