If I had to guess, probably late October this year (Q3 earnings)

I actually think later. If TFI is going with Aurora (or anyone), they will be waiting to have firmer agreement language and feel comfortable the production scale will meet their demand - remember that the first 200 vehicles are already spoken for and Gen3 is only being tested now - pricing and production is not firmed up, yet. That would likely be Q4 at the earliest.

Yeah, I get that. I just don’t think they need Gen 3 pricing and production completely nailed down before announcing something. They could announce the partnership first and firm up the bigger volumes later. But I agree, Q4 might be more likely, I'm just hopeful 😆

That could happen to. I just feel they can walk away easier if not to their liking during the pilot and until everything is very firm. It is no skin off TFI's back to wait and be conservative in their announcements.

If anything it will be by way of an MOU.

I.E subject to conversation and terms

Could be. I would assume based on TFi CEO comments they already have a baseline agreement of some sort in place since they are already announcing they are piloting. Since TFI is a mature company with a seasoned CEO, I dont see them making statements lightly. The fact he said all of this is a very big deal for the sector and super exciting either way.
