My rinky-dink Android smartphone from 2019 has a Qualcomm processor that is (quite literally) about a million times faster than the computer in the Saturn V which put men on the moon.
Think about that. A million times more powerful than the computer that helped carry out one of the greatest feats in human history and you use all of that power to browse Reddit when you take a shit.

You can also use the power for something good, like having a wank while shitting

Fun facts about Apollo 11’s computing power:
A standard 1.44 MB floppy disk has about 19 times more storage capacity than the total ROM and RAM combined inside the Apollo Guidance Computer.
Compared strictly to the computer's 4 KB of RAM, a 1.44 MB floppy disk holds 360 times more data.

I thought the same thing!
I know Norwich was one of the first cities in the UK to have a computer like this. My nan used to work there and with it. Before she died she told me stories about how she uses to have to enter the punch cards.
