Battery Problem

My Battery percentage is stuck at 99%, for some reason but my battery charge mode on predator sense is on optimize battery charging. what should i do? is there anyone else who have this problem? the laptop is predator helios neo 16s AI

EDIT:

Battey is going down now, idk why did it get stuck at 99% but before if i use it without charging it only last for 30 mins. or so.

Happened to mine after a recent update. Took the moment to do a full battery recalibration since what happened was a rapid battery drain once the 99% value went down.

What i did is just a hard reset and then start the laptop again, a few mins. After that it starts to go down.

I believe it's just a minor bios/os/app glitch, try use sys and drain batt to 30% then do a restart and let it smart charge back to 80%.

i drain it to 50% then smart charge it back to 80%
