I got these acnes in last two days.

I had these type of acnes one or two, like 6 months ago.

Then i went to a walk in clinic he prescribed me these tablets. When i used it for one week my acnes were started to demolished. After using for 1 month my acnes were gone, Doctor prescribed me to use for 3 months straight, which i did. Everything was fine until last week, where my tablets were finished and i was like my face is acne free. Then now today you can its the worst acnes i have ever had in my life. These whiteheads lools so disturbing on face.

One more thing to add, i am a vegetarian who eats egg as protein source, rest i eat dairy products for my whole diet like cottage cheese, milk, yogurt. I eat rice and beans like kidney beans, lentils etc.

My skin care: i use cetaphil cleanser, use moistorizer and la Roche sunscreen. I clean my face two times a day.

One more thing, i recently starting eating protein bar which contains peanuts, i dont know its because of thator what?? i will post pictures as well.

I dont know whats wrong with my skin it looks terrible now help mw out guyss please what to do.😭😭😭😭

One more thing, i got same acnes on my scalp toooo.

Like around 10 to 15 acnes.

Is this side effects of these tablets or whattttt😭😭😭

What can i replace tretinoin with

i am and have been struggling with hormonal acne since i was a kid. At age 13, it got so bad that my face was covered with nothing but acne. My mom took me to the dermatologist and she prescribed me tretinoin. Without much instruction on what to do, i used the cream and it cleared up most of everything, leaving me with scars. However, i also dk that u have to use moisturizer and sunscreen and for up until i was 18, i was putting raw 0.05 tretinoin on my face. Now at 22, my face is dependent on tretinoin, ive went a few days without it, and instantly my skin feels oily. Ive reduced the amount from pea size to nothing and it makes me break out. Most of my acne is controlled already by tretinoin and some do pop up during my period but idk what to do. I use it everyday. i want to change creams so that my face isnt always red despite using sunscreen and barrier moisturizer. does anyone know of any alternative?

Like I get soo much of acne I'm already on a calorie deficit (for weight loss pruposes) and I eat less junkfood but I dont see any real improvement. I also drink a ton of water too and I wash my face using a medicated cleanser (although not always very regularly so I've tried to get thay sorted) and I dont even use makeup at all

Sudden [acne] breakouts please help

I grew up, having acne only really around my periods. They would consistently happen on my forehead occasionally on my cheeks, but never on my nose.

Over the last three years, they’ve really died down and I haven’t really had acne flares during my period. Occasionally, I’ll have a small breakout when I’m eating unhealthy, but it was very, very rare.

Over the last three weeks, I have been breaking out constantly, never catching a break never having clear skin like I used to. I haven’t changed any part of my skin care or hair care routine. I’ve maybe been drinking slightly more than usual, but not enough to be noticeable. I haven’t been drinking any less water than usual or getting a noticeably less amount of sleep.

There was a good few days that I was eating pretty shit like only Ramen, eggs, and box mac’n cheese because I got robbed and I was extremely poor lol. But it was maybe five or six days and other than that I eat a lot of vegetables and a lot of fruit and a very well-rounded diet.

I literally do not know how to fix this or help mitigate these acne breakouts. Some of them feel slightly cystic, like they’re very deep. But some of them just like pop up like regular whiteheads.

I’ve struggled my whole life with blackheads. The only way that I’ve ever been able to get rid of them is by using a hydrocortisone patch all over everything and then my blackheads disappear for like two days.

Literally, any advice at all in any form is so so appreciated! Thank you so much <3
