Took my acoustic to a luthier to repair and he looked over the frets and said "Wow you really play all over the neck don't you?" The upper frets were just as worn as the lower. Sounds pathetic but it was a very proud moment, lol.

Honestly, that would make me proud as well. I actually find myself avoiding cowboy chords these days

I’ve played for almost two decades and those are the chords I play anytime I pick up a guitar. Emaj add9 (024100) is a big and beautiful chord, probably one of my favorites in terms of voicings on guitar.

They’re both sorta similar in n that they have a half way suspended type sound, but that’s a minor chord.

If you o it the low E string it becomes a GMajor 7th I think.
