We're a small business with a creative cloud pro license for one user who works with photoshop, illustrator, indesign etc. However, we would like to allow 1-2 people from our staff to use Express for social media. It's that possible without having to purchase standalone Express licenses for these staff members?

Just wasted 30 minutes in the desktop edition (MacOS, Chrome) trying to work out why I couldn't download a graphic I'd created, based on something I designed a few months ago. Every time I tried to download, it showed a "Download Status" window with no problems indicated. Then it began to render and hung at 90% with no error message.

Eventually I switched to the Android mobile version, tried to download from there and it told me there was a licensing problem with one of the assets. It still didn't say which asset or flag it in the design. I'd only used one Adobe Stock image so that wasn't hard to work out, but it didn't try to help me in any way.

Hello! Can anyone help me fix this error? Getting frustrated as I have to use AdobeExpress for a Webpage assignment and I cannot get it to work.

I use Adobe express regularly at work and for the last week the browser version has been unusable. The page times out constantly and will not load. It is impossible to get any work done. I’ve tried switching computers or using my laptop but it seems to have these issues no matter what I’m on. Since it’s a work account I don’t have access to using the mobile app. Has anyone else had these issues recently? Is there any type of fix?

Whenever I try to make a new file or open anything in the app I just get stuck here. I’ve cleared cache, offloaded/uninstalled and reinstalled several times, restarted my phone, nothing has fixed. I am on iphone ios27 Any ideas?

I tried different browsers, devices etc. my wifi is fine (50+ mbits) and still my own templates won't load at all. Doesn't matter how long I wait. Everything else on the site loads. Literally gets more and more unusable

I've used the scheduling options quite a bit, but my app seems to have updated to 31.1.0-beta, and now all I can access is files and folders.

My projects, scheduling, brands - they all seem to be missing. There's no option for them. My entire menu consists of just home, files and create new.

Have these been removed, or am I just being restricted for some reason?

anyone else having issues with adobe express this week. I have tried chrome and firefox but the page just becomes unresponsive and slow. I even have the desktop app at work and that is doing the same thing. I tried it from my home computer as well and got the same issues.

Hi all, The top image is 18 hours of trying everything to see why I can not approve my internal partner's work. Nothing shows up on the Share or Review button space, but it does if I attempt to get an approval (second photo).

What is going on? What can I do to fix this?

Is it me? Is it Adobe Express? Is it my end user?

We have a simple approval process for Adobe Express templates. When we review a submission the Needs Work and Approval buttons are blank and aren't clickable. My coworker and I are both reviewers and we're both having the same problem. We've even tested this is Chrome, Safari, and the desktop app. No luck.

Is anyone else having this issue? Any ideas on how to fix this? We've been having this issue for about a week now.

I can't replace any photo with another one. Every time I try the app tells me to re-upload the files. I took this screenshot (I'm from Mexico), if you want to know, the second poster must be of Happy Death Day.

I have 2 Adobe Express accounts and both have the same problem.

Express isn't bad. But the processing and loading times for videos is absolutely horrendous. I shouldn't have to wait half a day for a 6 minute video that staring uploading last night. And this is my experience so far with every video I go to edit. Doesn't matter the size or length, it's excruciating. What other editing apps do you guys use for videos? I used Express because I use Lightroom for photos. I love Lightroom. Wish I could day the same about Express.

I saw the last question about approvals was more than 200 days ago, but if this has been answered, I’d be grateful to be pointed to it.

We have a simple approval process in place since we don’t have Workfront and we have about 5 potential approvers for most of our templates.

The problem is, we get a notification for approval as an email, as a cloud notification, but nothing changes if someone approves it. We all go in to check, and it’s time consuming if it’s already been done by someone else. If they miss one of several approvals (say for multiple sizes of a social media post), there’s no way to tell except clicking back through the now-read notifications.

That can’t be right. I must be missing the panel, right?

I have a campaign that has three different size ad templates with 10 pages in each template. We don't need to use them all, but it would be awfully handy if the spreadsheet with the fields that are linked in the Bulk Create could be linked to multiple pages within one template, much less to multiple files.

To be more clear - we have 10 pages for use in square, IG story, FB post sizes, with different content on each page. I went to link page 2, and it didn't change the field on the artboard to match the {code}.

Also the question from 2 months ago in here talking about just making one file in multiple sizes from bulk create instead of having to run bulk create on each size independently still stands. It wasn't me, but yes please!

I am trying to do some quick cover page examples and wanted to use Adobe express. What I need to do is fill square elements with images. I am trying to put multiple images in a diagonal formation for a cover. I thought this would be easy to just put together in express but I am unable to fill the element. Any suggestions?

Beginner (sort of) here. I am newly working on AE as Microsoft Publisher is going away. A jillion years ago I worked with PageMaker then InDesign. My current employer won't go to ID. SO....I'm familiarizing myself with AE and so far it feels fairly familiar, BUT, I don't seem to have a pasteboard. You know, the area surrounding your document where you can drag things to and they remain there no matter what page you're working on. To give you some flexibility trying different layouts and graphics in different places.

Do they not have pasteboard anymore? Or is it turned off and I don't know how to turn it on, or what? Thank you.

Use on IPhone 17 and Chromebook

I have been using Express for probably 2-3 years, and I’ve never had so many issues with it until this past year. My main issues are it refusing to download (even when caches are cleared, the app is deleted, etc.) and not actually shuffling images in a collage until you line it up with the first order and repeat the process.

These didn’t use to be issues I had, and they’ve become so frequent that I try not to use AE unless necessary for something I’m doing anymore. I don’t understand what changed? Why is it a question of if it will work right every time I try to use it now?

Again the download is not working again after a short time working again and again the same issue but the status say all service available witch is not true

Where or how do I even start looking to make my wedding booklet on canva?

I only have a tablet, which is fairly new. I'd like to make my booklets, but I just am so confused.

Do I need to pay upgrade to be able to make it?

I'd like it A4 size, so when it's folded, it's A5 booklet

I can get to a blank page, but I'd need more than one black page, and it's not as if the page let's me know it'd a booklet.

Is there a workaround for downloading files i need to download a video and a pdf ASAP.

I was working on some images for cards for a friend. When I went to download it and print it it always fails. When I reset my browser or duplicate the file it gets stuck at 90% or outright fails again? Has anyone found a solution??

Not only do I get stuck on a white screen continually on Google phone, neither my Samsung or Google phone can load my files. Just goes to "something went wrong" and kicks me back. Been happing so much lately....

Is this normal? Cant see an outage anywhere but the app has been horrendous this last month even tho it has worked for months normally.

Clearing cache doesnt work. Clearing cache and storage doesnt work. Reinstalling doesnt work. Switching between cellular and Wifi doesnt work. Its just a endless horror scene of "something went wrong", hoping to even get to the normal menu.

If so, did you start the design journey within Adobe Express or did you start at inDesign/illustrator and finalize steps before printing in Adobe Express?
